La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: vari elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, lavatrice ecc Il paesino, Santa Maria Oliveto, è piccolo ma caratteristico, ottima la vicinanza all’ospedale Neuromed e a pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili vari supermercati e negozi. Nice, clean, cosy and still sufficiently spacious accommodation - everything available required for cooking and relaxing. Grocery stores, as well as hand-made cookie & noodle shops and many other shops just around the corner. Only instructions for waste disposal were not exactly comprehensive. We (family of 4) enjoyed staying in this house for two weeks, having a second home and a base for doing spectacular hiking...

« Belle maison tout à fait conforme aux photos. Aucune arnaque! La vue est splendide. La maison possède tout le confort annoncé. Il y règne un calme incroyable et pas de vis à vis ce qui préserve l' intimité. Le prix au vue de la prestation se justifie pleinement. Cependant en arrivant nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle. Les ustensiles de cuisine ont du être nettoyé en arrivant tout comme les sols. Le canapé mériterait un décrassage. Mais pas d' état des lieux ni caution...

« We had such a great time at this rental. It was super close to the castle as well as minutes to the square. There was tons of room. Everything was really clean and the owners communication was amazing! Would stay here again next time we come back to Pacentro!!! »
