An ideal home base for business travelers and leisure visitors alike, this 12th-floor condo sits at the meeting point of Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle with easy access to I-5, Swedish Hospital, and countless restaurants, boutiques, and theaters. The condo itself is bright and comfortable, with east-facing city views and contemporary furnishings. There's a convenient desk workspace as you walk through the front door, as well as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a pass-through window to the living room. You can watch Netflix as you cook, or wait to kick back on the sofa after serving dinner at the dining room table for four. Additional amenities include free WiFi, another desk workspace in the bedroom, a game room in the building (available upon request to the concierge), and a shared roof deck with views of downtown, Elliott Bay, Lake Union, and the Fourth of July fireworks.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location
Location was perfect. Attending conference and we were literally 2 minutes from the front door. Close to Pikes Market, downtown, Capital Hill. The building is clearly dated but our unit was renovated, very clean*, and well equipped for a short stay. * About the bathroom, it needs deeper cleaning and the mold issue around the tub absolutely needs to be addressed.

Nice place close to Seattle's tourist spots
We enjoyed our 3 nights in this condo. Nice big bed in the single bedroom. Pull-out sofa bed worked well for the kids. Kitchen and dining area were nice. We appreciated the building security (need code for the main entrance, and a fob to get in from the back parking lot we used). Communication with our check-in guy was good; only issue is he had to check in somebody else first, so we had a little wait. While we did get the code to enter the building in advance, we had to wait for the physical keys to our unit. I also wish they would give exact parking instructions prior to arrival, considering it's a big city; we parked a few blocks away on the street, then luckily were able to walk in and get parking info from the building desk attendant before meeting with our check-in guy. Our parking space was in a small back lot that you need yet another code to drive into. The door for one of the building's 3 elevators also happens to be right outside the unit, which was nice.

Our stay at Simon’s place was amazing. He was very accommodating, letting us check in a couple hours earlier upon communication. Simon gave us a tour of the apartment building (the rooftop is a must-see). Simon also gave us a list of cool recommendations for the city! The home is fully stocked and overall, a nice place to stay. The location is perfect. The safety is good. Overall, I would recommend staying here! Thanks for the great stay, Simon!

Room for Improvement
We contacted customer support day off because we had not heard from the greeter. The email said we would hear from them 1-2 days prior to arrival. Customer service said we already had all the info we needed, which we knew wasn’t true. The greeter contacted us 2 hours prior to check-in. Upon arrival, our off street parking spot was taken and the greeter said it would get resolved within a few hours, but we would have to pay for parking until then. One of our reasons for choosing this place was for the off street parking. There was no offer to pay for our street parking until it was resolved. I did not hear an update within a few hours so I had to reach out to the greeter again. Finally the car did move late at night. There were also no sheets for the pull out couch which we needed. I contacted the greeter in the evening and he said he’d try to get us some sheets. We woke up to him pounding at the door at 12:20 am with no communication prior that he’d be coming by. The place wasn’t the cleanest but ok. The dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded and the WiFi wasn’t even plugged in. After all of this was resolved it was an ok stay, just a rough start. Location was good - walking distance to just about anything which was great!

We loved the location. The unit was great and communicating with the manager was easy. Our only negative was the freezer made a loud noise nearly the whole time and the toilet water ran. Definitely 8/10. We would go back anytime.

Terrible don't stay here
Ceilings in the living room and bedroom had issues with their lights,they didn't work nor did the ceiling fan work. Water damage above the fire place. The black chair in the photo is damage and torn to shreds not usable.

Very good location, parking spot is very convenient. Vacasa needs to negotiate with building administration to facilitate check in process for new guests. Few minor maintenance issues: toilet flush, air conditioning, batteries of remote controllers

This is a renovated apartment within an older building. The unit shows some wear, even in its renovated state, but had everything I needed. One issue came up and was dealt with quickly by the management company.

Great Location!
Everything was as advertised in photos, however the check-in process isn't normal. I had to meet with someone to get the keys instead of getting keys in a lockbox. This is the first property where I had to meet with someone. Otherwise the location is perfect to everything that you need and want to do in caphill. Walking to Space Needle was about 20-25 minutes. Would stay here again.

Simple and Convenient
Great location on Capitol Hill. Small, minimalistic, but adequate. Getting a dedicated parking space was a definite plus. Easy access to the building with key fobs was nice. Very basic furniture; nothing cozy or particularly comfortable. A good place to stay for basic needs.

Opaque check-in process and not worth the $$
The check-in information sent was incorrect, so we had to wait 90 minutes in the heat for someone to rush over with a key. The people we did try to check in with, based on the instructions, were rude and dismissive. We got yelled at by the lady working at the apartment front desk. The ownership group customer service team were kind but clueless over the phone. The kitchen sink faucet was disconnected— when turned on, water gushed from the bottom onto the kitchen floor. We cleaned it up with one of the few towels they provide. Because the kitchen sink was broken, we had to drink water from the bathroom sink. My partner and I booked this place because it had two desks and a bedroom with a door (unlike a regular hotel room). The door for the bedroom was a sliding door and didn’t trap sound well. It’s an older building and we could also hear toddlers screaming from other units. The neighborhood is obviously convenient to downtown but with that comes a slew of mentally ill folks pacing the road of the apartment entrance. If I were traveling alone as a young woman, I would not feel safe. I do not recommend this rental and wish I would have gone with a hotel.
