Note: For flexibility, this home is available in 3, 2 or 1 bedroom configurations. This is the listing for the 2 bedroom (main home only). An attached "Casita" (1 bedroom suite) with kitchen and private entrance is NOT included.

**This property MAY be rented to two guest groups simultaneously. Advance notification will always be provided. Common spaces are the driveway (parking), and backyard. Both the main house and Casita have their own exterior entrances (see photos).

Traveling professionals will love the private workspace with desk. (mid-term/monthly stays welcome.)

PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. (Cats or pets of any other type are NOT allowed.) Backyard is not fully fenced. Wildlife frequent the area neighborhood (deer, coyote, javelina, rabbits, etc)
