« This location is close to everything, is quiet, and feels very safe. The house is very clean and has everything that is needed and the beds were comfortable. There were several broken things including the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, broken tiles in the bathroom, the faucet in the shower came off, the TV was difficult to navigate, and the internet went out the last few hours of our stay. « This rental was great- it's clearly new and nice and clean, but it was also clear that they want to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely private patio with a remote control awning for shade, comfy beds with great bedding, fully stocked kitchen, big showers, and even a Red Rocks parking pass. Several reviews mentioned he recycling center across the street - it is a small center where people come and bring their recycling - so we did hear "clink clink" once in awhile when people dropped off, but it is...

« Loved this little cabin, the fireplaces in living and master were great with the cold weather! Cabin is like in pictures. Didn’t use upstairs bedrooms but would be great for small family. Only negative was there was no kitchen towels/washcloths but made due with other bathrooms towels to dry etc.Will return again! »

« Comfortable, quiet, clean townhouse. Kitchen was well stocked (coffee, sugar, spices) which was appreciated. Convenient location, close to hiking trails, restaurants and amenities. Would stay again. »

« We enjoyed the comfortable beds after driving over 4 days from Tucson. Everything was organized and we enjoyed just relaxing on comfortable couch. Grants Pass is a small cute town and we wish we could have more time to explore. »

« We called it “our little cabin” even though it’s part of a number of units. We had the first floor and could hear the neighbor above us but it wasn’t bad at all. I also misunderstood and thought that the ammenities were private (hot tub, outdoor seating ) and they are shared but it didn’t matter because it was too cold to use them. The unit has been tastefully remodeled and it comes with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. They had coffee, creamer, sweeteners to get you started. ...

« We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights. The property is located very close to Sedona and is easy to locate. The property is very clean and a nice size. There are 3 bedrooms and there was plenty of room for 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms. I did want to clarify the beds are full size and not queen size. We did visit the hot tub on several occasions. It was perfect after a long day of exploring the area. Denise is a wonderful host, and we will definitely stay here again! »

« The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona. »

« Everything was very nice. Especially enjoyed the private back patio. The only negative was that we arrived in Sedona early (12:30) and we went to the property to see if we could drop off our 2 suitcases until check-in. We told her it’s only clothes and shoes. Nothing valuable is in them. She said we could not leave them there. So we had to trek around the city rolling our suitcases behind us all day until check in. »

« Overall we really enjoyed this property! It looked exactly like the photos, was cute, clean, the hot tubs around the property were great, and the location was amazing. We were super close to town, and loved being tucked in next to the creek! We had ZERO complaints. The only thing that caught us off guard was arriving. We didn't see the note about arriving in the dark, it's pretty narrow roads, and windy, so navigating there at night was a little strange, so just be aware of that! Truly though,...
