« Wonderful staff and great location. However, many turn offs, including stained bed sheets, windows looking outside looked disgusting, and broken shampoo caddie that was supposed to be on wall but was on the floor the entire time (with visible sticky tape on the back). Also: the toilet flushed all night randomly. I had to put a towel over sensor. This is a wonderful hotel that needs attention to small matters that count to costumers. »

« What a great experience we just had at this hotel. Easily the best staff and service we ever had. As for the resort, the room was spacious and included every single detail you could ask for. The pool/hot tub area is spectacular. Our son didn’t want to leave. And the food is top notch. Frankly, if you ever plan to visit the bay area, don’t waste any time and just stay there. A true 5-stars experience. »
