Summary:
Fabulous Home in the heart of Sioux Falls. Home comes with new furniture, reverse osmosis water, water softener, WIFI, fenced in back yard, smart TVs, and plenty of room. Large Master Bedroom is an oasis. You will enjoy of classic feel of the upstairs and the relaxing atmosphere of the downstairs living room. Scenic custom art from around Sioux Falls adorns the walls. Feel right at home while you explore Sioux Falls!

The Neighborhood:
We are just a few blocks away from Augustana University and the University of Sioux Falls. Just two blocks to the east are numerous coffee shops and restaurants. It is a short 8-minute drive to Sioux Falls' finest attraction: Falls Park.

Getting Around:
With Minnesota Ave just two blocks away, most of the city is within a short drive.

We stayed heat while attending an Augustana football game. The house is very clean the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are all comfortable and for a smaller house there is lots of room. Definitely will stay again and recommend to other Augie families.

Amazing Stay in Sioux Falls
Great house for large families! This house was even better in person. The bedrooms were all a good size and there is plenty of room for everyone. The laundry in the large basement was very helpful and the backyard was perfect for our a small dog. Highly recommend this property. I hope we get to rent again next time we're in town.

This was a very nice little house. Things are separate a little with a slightly lower level and then a “basement” of sorts but it worked beautifully for our players to have plenty of room in the lower level nice for us to spread out a little and get out of the heat from the fields, which were very close so super convenient location. Beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again

Extreme allergy alert
Smell of cat and dog was overwhelming the moment you walk in. Then, the allergies for the whole family went out of control. Sneezing constantly. Eyes watering. Itchy skin. Made for a pretty miserable weekend. Makes me wonder if all Vrbos are this bad, due to allowing pets, or if this is an exceptionally bad one for those with allergies to pets.

Traveling with my son's family to South Dakota for my daughter's wedding. This house looks exactly like the pictures, very, very nice!!! There is plenty of room we had 3 adults, 1 teen, and 3 toddlers. Jame was very accommodating and responded to any questions I had. I definitely will be booking every time I come back to South Dakota!!!
