Cottage & Bay is a dog-friendly, three bedroom, two bathroom home with multiple amenities and is located within a five minute drive of downtown.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom brings together a feeling of Lake Michigan's shores with a brand new king bed, windows overlooking the cedar grove, two nightstands with bedside lamps, and a soft area rug on top of gorgeous new floors. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with double vanity. On the other end of the home is a second bedroom offering a brand new queen bed, with a bathroom just outside the door. Finally, in the third bedroom, delight in the ultimate sleepover with a queen bed and a single twin bunk bed perched above. You don’t have to leave the comfort of your bed to catch a favorite show; there are brand new smart TV’s in king and queen bedrooms, and YouTube TV is provided for guests’ use.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms spread throughout the home. The primary bathroom offers a full shower, double vanity, and plenty of plush hotel-quality towels. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower that invites you to unwind and rejuvenate in style. All bathrooms will pamper you with complimentary toiletries including all the essentials like hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner from our favorite brands.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
There are many extraordinary restaurants just minutes away, but on days you want to cook at home, the open-concept kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals. It features modern touches, expansive counter space, custom cabinets, a large sink, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances like a toaster, oven/stove, microwave, and multiple coffee & tea options to suit every hot beverage lover's dreams. The kitchen offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, featuring a cozy gas fireplace with a mounted TV above; flip on the fireplace quickly and easily, creating a cozy ambiance for chilly mornings or nights.

Additionally, our sunroom provides a peaceful retreat with soft seating, inviting you to immerse yourself in a good book while basking in the warmth of natural sunlight. A dedicated workstation with a desk and chair face a beautiful outdoor wooded view if a little business needs to get done before settling in for some relaxation.

The living room offers comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy a family movie night together. Or gather in the adjacent breakfast nook and enjoy a game night or puzzle building.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The home sits on 4.5 acres of a mature cedar grove in Sister Bay and offers a quiet and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. A cozy front porch welcomes you home, while the back porch is complete with outdoor lounge furniture to sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the aromatic air. Outside also features a gated and fenced in dog run for your four-legged pal, as well as a beautiful new fire pit area, all surrounded by cedar grove.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We warmly welcome your furry four-legged friends to our property! With our dog-friendly policy, you can bring along your beloved canine companions to enjoy the vacation with you. Please note that there is a one-time $150 pet fee for each dog to ensure that our space remains pristine for all guests. Additionally, specific terms and conditions for dogs will apply, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for both humans and their four-legged friends.

AMENITIES
Back Deck: Step onto the back deck, an oasis nestled amidst a lush canopy of trees, providing a serene setting for al fresco dining or leisurely conversations around the table with an umbrella, shielding you from the sun as you savor the beauty of nature.

Fire Pit: Gather around our brand-new fire pit, where the crackling flames illuminate the night sky, as you sink into the comfort of Adirondack chairs, embracing the tranquility and magic of the stars above. Indulge in unforgettable moments of warmth, relaxation, and stargazing in this perfect outdoor setting.

Paddle boards: Enjoy the scenery of the Sister Bay Beach from the water on paddle boards! Guests have access to two full size paddle boards, life vests and paddles to enjoy during their stay.

Heated Garage Game Room: When you’re not curled up reading a book or enjoying the outdoors, you will find a pool table, foosball table, ping pong and pop-shot for you to enjoy during any Wisconsin season.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
At Cottage & Bay, hosted by Wisco Hosts, we pride ourselves on delivering a five-star experience for guests from the moment they arrive, to the moment they head home from an unforgettable vacation. Ahead of your arrival, you'll be given a unique access code for the property. That code will get you in and out of the property throughout your stay, no keys needed! Best of all, when you're ready to depart and head out from your stay, we don't require some long-winded, pesky to-do list of countless tasks that must be completed prior to your check-out. Simply pack your bags, and walk out the door.

After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at Cottage and Bay, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally. Cottage and Bay does have external cameras that record 24/7 monitoring the driveway as well as the fire pit and also uses noise monitoring systems that monitor audible levels on property to ensure positive neighbor relations and guest experiences.
