Check in was not great. After letting expedia know, we were offered an upgraded room. Thank you expedia.
The hotel is located near bus station and walking distance to many attractions. The first hotel room was big but needed renovations. The room was a bit gross, stains in walls, on bed sheets, shower had broken pieces. The renovated room was nicer looking but also showed wear like ripped bed sheets, broken ceiling, water damage in the bedroom, broken electrical outlets…
The hotel staff need customer service training because most employees were rude during interactions. I had to prove that my reservation included breakfast because the employee didn’t believe me and her reaction was telling me I had paid a really low price for my room but she would honor me free breakfast lol.
The best part was the hotel was access to the spa and the breakfast buffet was good.
Last thing, when you walk in this hotel, you get greeted by the smell of an old ashtray and the smell follows right up to your room.
