« Just the best area-walk in Wash Park, quick shot to downtown, Cherry Creek, the highway. House was huge-would be great for a family gathering. Nice garage and street parking. Close to great restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of the "hidden" fee damage deposit that arises upon booking. I sympathize with owners who have had damage, but if I had not been pressed for time, I might have shopped for a different option. Overall a great home! »

« What a great property !We spent a week in the area and used it as a jumping off point for many local attractions . This home is in a great area of Arvada just blocks from Old Town . The yard is perfect for relaxing and has ample seating if you have guests . The property is a super, clean single story home which comes with most amenities you would need. Staff is attentive and we look forward to renting again. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The house met all our needs. We consisted of two couples, one with an infant, and a single adult. The house was very clean. We spent most of our time in the great room. We prepared breakfast and lunch at the house and had dinner obligations most nights. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Nice back yard. »

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a lovely tree lined street in Cherry Creek. The interior is so homey and comfortable. Also very clean. « It was a perfect location for the wedding we went to at the Evergreen Lakehouse. Everything was perfectly clean all the little touches that one would need for “a stayaway from home.” Linda and Myron were awesome. Linda had prepared fresh muffins for us and I think Scandinavian scones for our morning coffee. Perfect for our two nights stay even longer would be great.
