Ce bungalow Sapphire dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes et 1 1/2 salle de bain. Les bungalows exclusifs du Sapphire disposent de toutes les commodités des tours Sapphire, ainsi qu'une allée privée qui monte jusqu'à votre garage privé pour ce bungalow. À travers votre porte privée et sur votre véranda, il y a un bain à remous extérieur privé juste pour vous. La piscine et la plage de Sapphire vous attendent également. Il y a un ascenseur privé pour alléger le fardeau de l'épicerie et des bagages. Ce complexe de condominiums ultra moderne est rattaché au Pearl Resort. Les vues à couper le souffle depuis les balcons côté plage sont une excellente façon de commencer la journée.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec vue du sol au plafond sur l'océan, et la salle de bain principale est livré avec une télévision intégrée, ce qui est pratique tout en trempant dans la baignoire jacuzzi. Aussi, au 3ème étage, il y a une chambre avec deux lits doubles et une autre salle de bain complète avec douche. Le balcon du 3ème étage offre les meilleures vues sur la plage et l'océan.

Le 2ème étage est la zone de rassemblement. Il y a un grand salon et une cuisine, ainsi qu'une tanière pour les repas ou les divertissements. Télévision, jeux de divertissement pour les enfants, jeux Wii, films et jeux de société tous fournis. Il y a aussi une 1/2 salle de bain au 2ème étage.

Le 1er étage a deux chambres avec lits queen, plus une salle de bain complète avec une combinaison douche / baignoire. Le 1er étage mène au bain �� remous privé jacuzzi et barbecue. Ce bungalow dispose également d'un ascenseur privé pour plus de commodité. Ce bungalow offre certaines des meilleures vues sur l'océan.

Cousin’s Trip
Loved the location and property. Loved the view from the second floor and the hot tub was a hit with our group. On our first night it was below 58 degrees inside the condo and we couldn’t get the heat to work. We tried everything to make it turn on, we looked for instructions on how to set it, but could not find any or get it to work. Since it was 11:00 pm we had to call first thing in the morning and we learned they had a power outage the day before and needed to reset all units. They came over right away and took care of it. I would have loved seeing the beautiful view from the master, but the electronic blinds did not go up. When I asked the maintenance man (who was there fixing our heat) about it he said they were waiting on a part to fix them. That was a huge disappointment considering what we paid for the view. Overall, the communication was excellent from the property management and we loved the bungalow! Looking forward to a return trip!

It’s the little things
Place was great. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and whirl pool. Management was awesome. But it was the little things . . . the fitted sheets were two large for all beds, no towel service because of washer/dryer onsite but no detergent supplied.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful accommodations for everyone in our party. The owners thought of everything and it made for a great stay. The appliances are state-of-the-art and they even had my favorite kitchen tool, a griddle! Loved the balconies and the pretty views along with the property’s amenities! We will definitely be back! We had a couple tiny issues and maintenance resolved right away. We are so happy we rented this condo!!!

Everything was pretty amazing, super close to the beach, beautiful condo, spacious, the only downside was no remote in bathroom tv,and jacuzzi in master did not work,dishes in cabinet were dirty and not a whole lot of kitchen . supplies to work with. Everything else was Great!!

Great stay at a great location
The condo was really clean, spacious, well equipped, and had a wonderful location (convenient to the beach and beautiful pool). I'm sure we will book it again the future. For those of you who plan to book this condo, I would advise putting the adults on the third floor and the children on the bottom floor. Even the slightest sounds seem magnified on the bottom floor.

South Padre Escape
We rented this property for a week over Memorial Day. We had 4 adults and 3 children ages 2 -8. The property is comfortable for a group that size. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the third floor, including the master, and living spaces on the second floor. There is a balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floors and a decent sized enclosed patio on the first floor, with a hot tub. There is a walk out to the Sapphire pool from the patio and you walk out to the children's area of the pool. The beds are comfortable. The master bath is awesome, very spacious. There is an elevator inside the bungalow, which is very helpful for luggage and groceries. The location is ideal especially with younger children, as the children's pool area is right of the patio and the walk to the beach is quite short. The views are great as it is the second bungalow from the end, so the views are very open to the beach. The management company is responsive. We had an issue with the hot tub when we arrived and called them. Maintenance was there later that day to clean it and came again on Thursday to do some minor repairs. The children enjoyed the hot tub. There is a single car garage with a garage door opener, that is very convenient. Although it is smallish so our large SUV did not fit in, we parked in front of it and that was fine. There are some beach toys, a beach umbrella and some beach chairs in the garage as well. The canopy in the garage didn't have a top, so if you want a canopy for the beach, bring one, or buy one at Walmart. It is cheaper than renting umbrellas every day. There are smart TVs in several areas, including the main living area and the master, so that is convenient for down time. The kitchen does not have tons of cooking equipment, it does have the basic pots and pans and serving wear, so enough to get the job done. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area as well and some do deliver to the complex. The toilet paper was awful :( so bring your own or buy some when you get there. The windows are quite good at keeping out the noise from the pool area and the Pearl next door. The living room is a little tight for a large family, but there is another living area also on the second floor with a large dining table, couch and TV. All-in-all we were quite comfortable for the week and the location of the bungalow is perfect for a family with smaller children. The beach is better than expected :)

We loved the location of this place. It definitely needs some updating, but it was very easy to get to and from the beach, and we were directly next to the pool. My only recommendation is that they make some interior updates and renovations.

The condo was awesome. They had beach toys and chairs there, so it saved us from having to buy them for the kids. Great views, great location and just what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we bust our son in TX.

Beautiful property overall. The bungalow is in need of updating and lots of minor repair.
At this price point, I expected more. The condo is not the”closest to the beach” as advertised. I have stayed at the sapphire before and knew the corner condo - which is closest to the beach- was very nice. I assumed this was what I was renting. Nope this was the second on in line. Plenty close but a different class of property. The tile throughout the property has loose spots and moves when walking. Stairs to the hot tub are falling apart. Shower pan in master has obviously leaked and moves when in the shower. All appliances and TVs work well. The last 36 hours we were without AC and it couldn’t be fixed while we were there. Sapphire staff very responsive and tried to reset the system four times, but we ended up at 84 degrees and high humidity inside. The owners need to do some upkeep and consider a more appropriate price point. Just my opinion

Great fun for our whole family
We came down over thanksgiving weekend with 6 adults and 4 kids (two sleeping in Pack-and-Plays) and had a great time. We found the fit to be perfect. The split floor layout allowed us to stay up after putting the kids to sleep. The easy access to the beach and hot tubs was great but the pools were a little too cold for us. The rental association was easily available as we needed and helped us get the private hot tub up to temperature just in time. The location was great for short drive to restaurants and we even had one meal at the restaurant at The Pearl. Thanksgiving dinner at Gabriella's has become our family's new favorite tradition.

Great place with a perfect layout and location!
I was really pleased with the bungalow and its amenities. Mostly with the layout/plan, the bedding (sheets in downstairs queen bed were heavenly!) the location and proximity to the beach and the awesome game room ! It was perfect for our group. The only thing I would recommend is that the kitchen supplies need to be re-newed. The pots/pans are heavily scratched up and are not healthy to cook on. Otherwise everything else was awesome!
