« Good breakfast provided. Easy parking and access. Room good but window wdnt shut properly and needs attention. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Crossways, the staff were friendly and polite however we had to draw attention to the room being dusty and the shower not working properly. They were very apologetic and cleaned the room immediately, however it was a weekend stay with no maintenance workers so we had to make do with the shower. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was enjoyable and not overpriced. I found it difficult to use the Rolec EV chargers...

« Problème de paiement puisque j’ai été débité 3 fois et reçu 2 remboursements. Avec le change euros / livres et les frais de banque, leurs erreurs m’ont coûté 40€, ce qui n’est pas normal. Mais ça, ils n’ont pas voulu l’entendre. Pas sure non plus que ce soit autorisé de débiter une personne qui a déjà quitté l’hôtel (et qui a payé le 1er jour en arrivant !) »

« Stayed just one night, also had drinks at the pub, easy access to Sherborne town centre, wheres plenty of shops, bars, cafes,Restaurants. Free parking if you are staying in hotel, for 24 hours. Register your car at reception. Had bath&shower which im happy to have. Clean,and very white bedding and towels, hangers, tea making facilities. . Comfortable bed. Staff i came into contact with were very nice. Would stay again next time im visiting friends in Sherborne. »

« It is in a lovely location. Very convenient for visiting family nearby. Nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of dining areas. Very friendly staff who will alter the menu to suit. We will always stay here when visiting Bridgwater. This is our second stay here. »

« Bon accueil. La chambre au rdc est au calme et propre ainsi que la salle de douche. Le plafond est bas, mais on ne se sent pas opprimé. Nous avons dîné au pub, très beau décors. Nous y avons bien mangé (éviter la purée). English breakfast excellent et copieux, à essayer au moins une fois. Le personnel ne parle pas français, mais très disponible cependant. »

Le Pub propose une carte variée et d'excellents plats (les meilleurs du séjour). Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans un rayon d'1h, 1h15 de route : Cardiff, Bath, Exeter, Burnham on sea... Merci »

« L’hôtellerie semble être une annexe du pub, ce qui n'est nullement négatif vu le charme de cet établissement historique et de l'accueil sympathique du personnel. L'ambiance y est très bonne, la restauration est de bon niveau et l'ambiance générale, considérant la clientèle, est très "Glastonbury"! Les chambres (du moins au 2ème étage) ne souffrent pas de l'ambiance du pub et le calme est appréciable. »

« A lovely three night stay. Room was very comfortable immaculately clean and fresh. We were made to feel very welcome by Angie who worked tirelessly to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended - we will be back. »
