« House was very clean and fit our needs. Listing was a bit confusing with number of queen beds. It’s 6 rooms- 5 rooms with queen bedsand a very small 6 “room” with a set of bunk beds. Again it worked well for our group, it just was confusing »

« Talk about a STELLAR home. The photos don’t do it justice. From the beautiful chefs kitchen to the comfy common areas, it was perfect for my group and I. We had plans in town over the weekend and ended up being greeted by a snow storm upon arrival and we couldn’t have been happier to stay in and enjoy this beautiful space. Riley and Clyde were very helpful/quick with responses and were a joy to communicate with. I travel quite often and this has been my best stay yet. We can’t wait to return! »

« The house was a very comfortable place for our family to enjoy our stay in the Lake Tahoe area! There was plenty of room for us all together in the living room and dining room and prepare meals in the kitchen. The kids had fun in the backyard, which was huge! And it was a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. An area that would enhance our stay next time is newer/updated sheets for the beds and a new mattress on the full size bed upstairs. Overall, we’d definitely stay again. »

« The house appears a bit small at first but it’s layout creates a very open space that doesn’t feel small. The side yard is great and there is trail access at the end of road (about a 5 minute walk). »

« This property has potential, but was not ready to list. Property Managers were disappointing to say the least. We had several major issues. No screens on the windows, no fans on site and a clogged toilet. They brought us fans that I had to unbox and put together myself. 3 days into our trip, they installed window air conditioning units. When I'm in Tahoe, I look forward to the fresh air and open windows. After the first night, we couldn't keep the windows open due to the amount of bugs and...
