« We had a wonderful week in this lovely property. The view is just incredible and calming. The house is well equipped and I even managed to get some work done, at the desk facing the ocean. It’s definitely worth taking walks and enjoying the different points of view. We will come back. »

Equipement minimaliste (pas d'évier dans le coin cuisine, il faut utiliser le lavabo dans la salle de bain) le soir, douche froide très désagréable après 3 minutes d'eau chaude, couvertures vieilles et ne semblant pas très nettes. Ces désagréments, certains pourront les occulter en appréciant plus la beauté des paysages et la gentillesse de l'hôte. »

« The cottage was absolutely adorable with all the amenities of home in a small package. Very clean, modern yet that cottagey feel. The loft area for sleeping was very cozy, unique and the mattress very comfortable. The kitchenette area has most everything you could want down to an induction cook top, pots, pans and all cooking utensils. « My husband, our 3 teenage kids (15, 16, and 16), and Pepper the pug rented out the two pet friendly yurts. These were perfect to have a nature feel but with amenities to suit a day of sweating from adventuring in Acadian National Park! The owners were so friendly and tentative and would text back whenever we reached out. It’s nice and secluded from all the madness of the harbor areas but still a quick drive to any and all area attractions. My kids enjoyed getting the complimentary coffee and...

« The cabin was great! It was a little further from Acadia than we thought, but worked out fine for our short stay. We knew trash removal was our responsibility but struggled to find somewhere to take it. A local told us about stickers and that trash day was Thursday. Great getaway for a rustic experience. Basic and met our needs. We would come back again. »

« Everything was great. House was very clean. As noted in description there is a second house on the property that is located between you and the water. No one was there so it was just fine, not sure if someone was staying there how it would be. Ability to access kayaks whenever we wanted was a nice touch. »

« This wonderful apartment is located on the Quiet Side of Mount Desert Island, which was a big plus for us! As an added bonus, there is a grocery store (and a laundromat) 0.1 mile away. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with all the bakeware, cookware, crockery, flatware and utensils you will need. The bathroom is tiny, but certainly serviceable. And the owners, Tim and Sian are regularly updating and improving the property. Overall, we had a delightful stay! »
