« The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars. »

« Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. It was very clean, the owner gave clear instructions (though parking was a little up in the air), and if you're curious about living in urban SEATTLE, stay here. The team was right outside our door and effrontery was within walking distance. Top Pot is right next door, and Uniquelo is less than 3 blocks away. , »

« From day-1 through the last one, my family and I got a warm welcome from the owner; we found everything necessary for our stay. We spent wonderful moments in Seattle having that safe and clean cozy condom that I will even recommend to other relatives of mine with a promise to come back next year for another stay with my family. »

« This is a great spot for a weekend getaway. Feels safe and clean, and the pool was a great extra amenity. Only dock in “star review” for cleanliness was there were 5 or 6 stink bugs and a spider around the condo in various places. Could just be seasonal! Otherwise great place to stay. »

« This checked every box my family of 4 were looking for in visiting Seattle from Chicago for the first time. More space and flexibility than a hotel. Parking included. Walk to everything. We enjoyed the flexibility of picking up a few things at Target nearby for morning snacks, water, milk, juice and any other groceries for meals if we chose.
