« Edwin and the team were prompt with their responses to any of my inquiries/concerns. This tiny style loft was in great proximity to many of Austin's points of interest and the little details that were provided were excellent. Access to this loft was behind the main house and up a flight of stairs, that is located above within a separate building. I would definitely book again at this location if I was in town for the weekend. »

« Loved the fuzzy rug in the bedroom. Place was full of livable charm and unique decor that made it feel personal and taken care of. Very quiet and serene space to spend a few days. Would've stayed longer if schedule and budget permitted. Only improvements would've been more workable kitchen and drying racks/hooks for towels in the bathroom. An easy fix so guests don't need to hang wet towels on doors, cupboards or chairs. Pans were also quite worn and I wasn't comfortable cooking with due to...

« I loved this little place, perfect for just one person. The hosts were kind enough to provide some snacks, drinking water and coffee for me, very thoughtful. Very clean and tidy, and I felt safe. I’d recommend just bringing a fan for the upstairs loft when the weather is hot, should be fine when it’s not a million degrees outside though! »

« We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

« We had an absolutely fabulous time at Park Lane! The property is lovely and tucked away, yet within walking distance to South Congress. The breakfasts are to die for, the bedding is so comfy, the pool and outdoor shower (the latter of which is optional) are awesome, and the vibes there are just all-aeound excellent. « The house is large with a great view of the lake. My parents were in town so we wanted to get out of the city for a bit. Teresa was pretty responsive at getting the stove to work. The grill had issues starting but we were able to make due with cast iron skillets for the steaks. I was able to bring my jetsurf and the neighbor was really helpful as well. The kids also had a blast as well. »
