Hernando Bch Direct Gulf Access Sunshine Escape

Bring your friends or family to our newly renovated Sunshine Escape in Hernando Beach on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located on a Canal with direct Gulf access. Our home is located on a quiet cut de sac. Sit out on our covered patio or fish or swim off of our brand new floating dock. Close to marina, boat ramps, minutes to local dining, shops, Weekee Wachee Rivers, and parks. Close to Hwy 19, about an hour to Tampa Airport and 1.5 hours from Orlando Airport.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath home on the Hernando Beach Direct Access Canal.

LIVING ROOM has a large sectional sofa that reclines with the ability to technically sleep 2 more people even though it is not a sleeper sofa. Living Room also has a large Samsung Smart TV and board games if there is a rainy day. We do have CABLE and WIFI but you can also stream on our Smart TV. We also have a desk in the Living Room for a dedicated workspace.

KITCHEN is FULLY stocked with plates, cups, silverware, blender, Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, mixer, pots and pans etc. Our fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser (we regularly change the water filter).

BUTLER'S PANTRY has everything you need. Bar glasses, wine glasses, cocktail shaker, and beverage fridge.

There is a stackable Maytag washer and dryer.

1ST BEDROOM has a Queen Size bed and dresser.

2ND BEDROOM has a King size bed, dresser, and floor length mirror.

1ST BATHROOM has tub/shower combo, large vanity, toilet and towels for your stay.

2ND BATHROOM is a shower stall, toilet and sink.

DINING ROOM has a round table with 4 chairs.

Guests do have GARAGE ACCESS and has 2 Adult size bikes, helmets, 2 fishing polls, 4 folding beach chairs, beach toys, 2 kayaks and life jackets in various sizes.

BACK PATIO has two chairs, two love seats and a grill. Patio near water has four chairs and a fire pit.

Lit step down SEAWALL has space for chairs and 4 Adirondack chairs are stored in the garage. You can sit and watch the sunset, fish, or watch all of the fish swim by. THERE IS NO FENCE BY THE WATER.

NEW DOCK off the seawall. Recently installed floating dock with a ladder for swimming. Or BRING YOUR BOAT or RENT ONE NEAR BY. Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 24 feet.

We provide one large bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per guest and one beach towel per guest. Each bathroom has a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. We provide 4 dishwasher pods, 4 washing machine pods, hand soap, dish soap, 8 K-Cups for the coffee maker with sugar and Splenda packets, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 paper towel roll.

Guests have full access to the property. Guests will receive a code for the front door that will expire upon check out. Guests do have access to the garage with the exception of any storage bins.

Quiet coastal neighborhood. Home is located on a cul de sac. Home is located minutes from Restaurants, Weekee Wachee River, Pine Island, Pederson Park, and Rogers Park. We are about a half mile from all local restaurants. About 10 minutes from Hwy 19 for additional dining and stores. This is a very quiet neighborhood so no parties.

Driveway for parking NO PARKING ON THE STREET. There are two bikes located in the garage.

FAST Wifi, cable, full size fridge and beverage fridge. Kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. Very QUIET neighborhood and home is located on a cul de sac. Boat Rentals are available nearby at the Marina and there are plenty of boat ramps for the kayaks at the different parks in the area. Additional kayaks can be rented locally.
