Please note that our house rules stand firm: no smoking, no parties/events, and up to 2 house broken dogs over 1 year old are allowed with a fee (no cats allowed). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in abiding by these rules.

This place is amazing
Beautiful house, tons of fun stuff (game rooms downstairs), extremely rugged and scenic neighborhood (hills, dirt roads, the works). Come here for a great country getaway in NWA!

While we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home here are some notes: We enjoyed the accommodations and the home was very spacious. It was very quiet and felt very secluded after 8pm. Things to note about our stay sent to Host. Don’t want to post here.

Good Location and Property
Quiet setting, everything well supplied. The only thing I would suggest is that you check the description of the property provided online and make sure it has been updated. It showed 4 bathrooms with 4 showers but it was only 3.5 baths which through plans for our crew off a little bit. Also, you may want to ask about what kind of bbq grills they have. For our stay they had a very small charcoal grill and a huge one (the huge one was pretty nasty) and they also had a pellet grill. Main thing is to ASK about these things -- response time on any question I had was INCREDIBLE!! Great set up and YES I would recommend for a group stay.
