The Space:
Retreat to this cozy 1 Bedroom, 2nd floor condo in beautiful World Golf Village. Beautiful updated floors. No carpet! Full Kitchen with all essentials, including a crockpot, and the large dining table is great for entertaining family and friends. Move out to your private balcony and read a good book or just enjoy the beautiful Florida climate. Washer and Dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in main area and bedroom. Sofa sleeper serves as a 2nd bed for accommodating 3rd and 4th overnight guests. Dedicated workspace in main area for flex-cations. LG Smart TVs with Premium cable package. 65" TV in living area and 55" in bedroom. Streaming apps can be accessed via the guest’s personal log-in details. And don't forget to take a dip or relax by the pool which is located next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. And, while there is elevator access to this 2nd floor unit and a removable safety bar for the shower, it is not ADA compliant.

Guest Access:
On the day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and/or chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have options for every budget starting at $25.
