Overall this property was great for a weekend. The location was perfectly located to the beach, a 5-min walk. The place itself is very open and comfy. The furniture / bedding are terrible though (personally), uncomfy like low quality, would not stop wobbling (ie dinning table, seats, outside furniture), the bed was very firm and the pillows weren’t great, neither were the sheets, but alternatively, the AC worked wonderfully, and the house overall felt safe. We did wish we had coffee, shampoos and stuff like that complimentary as we’ve had with other B&Bs. Overall glad we stayed there for the beach location!

Light and airy duplex!
Great space! Very bright and fresh and recently renovated. Perfectly situated to get on the beach- just one block! Quiet dead-end street so no thru traffic. Super quick and thorough communications. I look forward to staying again! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay
My family booked this house for an extended weekend in St. Augustine Beach, and it was fantastic! The house is in a perfect location — directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to an assortment of restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, etc. You can park your car on your first day, and never drive again during your trip if you desire. House has good size, perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The house is kid friendly, and our 3 year old LOVED the playhouse they built under the stairs. The outdoor shower is great for post-beach rinses, and the extra storage closet was nice as well. The only thing that this location could have is a washer/dryer, but that’s really not that important. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we will be booking again in the future!

Everything you need and nothing more
I loved this place. It was delightful. 10/10 would stay again. The sparse and durable decorations are great for kids. I loath going into a place with glass bowls full of shells or glass top tables. I appreciated the outdoor space and outdoor storage. It's thoughtfully accommodating without much extra. Improvements I recommend are washer and dryer and a clothes line in the back yard. This is not a cooks kitchen, but it's perfect for quick meals between adventures.

Great little spot!
We really enjoyed our short visit to St Augustine. The condo was perfect for our two nights prior to getting on a cruise. It was clean and well stocked. To help those looking at this listing I would consider it 1 and 1/2 baths. We shared a full bathroom with shower upstairs between the two bedrooms. There is a half bath downstairs and an outdoor shower - but there is no enclosure on that shower. Maybe a good project for the future. Also there is no washer/dryer. Doesn’t say there is but for some reason I thought there was. If we were staying longer that would be necessary. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay in St. Augustine Beach
This duplex was perfect for our stay in St. Augustine Beach. We were in town to tour Flagler, which was about 15 minutes away. The duplex has just been redone and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The walk to the beach is just a couple of blocks. And there were several restaurants within walking distance. I will note that the kitchen has the basics but is small and not equipped for any elaborate cooking, which was fine for us. I highly recommend this duplex.

This property was just what we needed for a suprise family getaway. The property is exactly as described, the location to coffee store and lovely restaurants. The property location and area is safe and we were just 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach. It was a breeze checking in, even though we got into the city late that evening and property managers were warm and easy to communicate with. Ms. Brandy also recommended family friendly activities to do with our child

Exceptional Stay in St. Augustine: Clean, Convenient, and Charming!
Made a pit stop in St. Augustine after a cruise and opted for this property for a brief 2-night stay on our way home. We're genuinely impressed with both the property itself and the owner's exceptional attentiveness and accommodating demeanor. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with brand-new appliances, and the upstairs shower was simply fantastic! Nestled in a quiet, secure neighborhood, it's conveniently close to the beach and some outstanding restaurants. Notably, we discovered a taco joint just a block away that stole our hearts. Our stay was beyond satisfying, and we'll certainly return if our future travels lead us back to St. Augustine.

Perfect stay for a St Augustine getaway
This house provided a perfect place for our family to stay for a quick weekend trip to Saint Augustine. We could walk to the beach and were just minutes from downtown by car. The house itself is charming and has a very spacious backyard. Beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Will definitely look to book this place again in the future!
