Walk to the splash park at St. Johns County Ocean Pier. Drive 3 miles to St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, where you can climb the 219 steps for a breathtaking view of St. Augustine. Venture 4 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine for shopping, dining, and panoramic views of the Matanzas Bay.

Will never book with Vacasa
This was the worst rental experience of my life. I will never rent with this host and I highly recommend no one else does either. Their policies are predatory and they operate like a corporation - only in it for the money. Property- second floor, stair access only. The entryway is extremely narrow, made more narrow ( like 18 inches) due to chairs placed on the narrow balcony. At first glance, the property is fine. Bathrooms smell moldy, kitchen is poorly stocked. But it has wifi - that you have to log onto about every 3 hours. Two queen beds - with absolutely zero support. One bedroom the mattress felt firm to touch, but laying in it I just collapsed. It was extremely noisy and unsteady. Second bed was very soft, but im pretty sure its filled with air, not springs. Again, laying on it, even sitting on the side, it just collapsed. Mold smell was made worse by taking showers. A/c barely worked despite it being rainy and in the high 70s during our trip. Location was fine, maybe a 10 min walk to the beach. Traffic is horrific on the main road to/from the condo. I would not stay here again because of the beds, even if the host was decent.

Nice location
Ideal location for easy beach access and quick downtown commute. The master bathroom shower curtain rod fell the first night of our stay, which wasn’t a big deal. But the property manager never came to fix it, so we had to shower in the other bathroom. That was frustrating. If that hadn’t randomly happened, we’d have had no complaints.

Very nice condo. Close to beach ⛱️ and many very good dining options. The front door electronic lock was the only drawback. It took an average of 3 times to get it, and with your hands full it was a little trying.

Great location -- very clean
The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback for us was a very limited number of forks, spoons, etc. Also, if you are going to cook, bring your own large pot. But if cookng is not an issue, then all is good. The pool was very nice. However there is not a lock. Two days out of the six we used it, people just popped in. We knew they werent staying there as they discussed how nice it was not to have to worry about security.

More of an Apartment but clean
This felt more like an apartment building. No patio or balcony to enjoy the beach air. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen is poorly stocked. The air struggled to work and it was only 75/80 outside. It was a good location, close to everything. The beach access was closed , not the owners fault but it made it more of a challenge to go to beach.

I will stay there again. All around everything we needed was there. Close to great restaurants. Ocean was a 15 minute walk. I walk slow. Pet friendly. Quiet enough for us old people that go to bed at 10pm 😀

Excellent location - about 400-500 yards from the beach. Exceptionally clean! All appliances were in great shape. Most importantly - dog friendly but so clean you could never guess dogs have been staying there.

Not pleased with the neighborhood
The unit was clean and comfortable. It was fairly easy to navigate the TV's and condo appliances. I brought my own food to cook. I used the oven and discovered there were no oven mitts. I text this concern as well as the porch light being burned out. These issues were addressed immediately. Although the walk to the beach is fairly short, dogs are not welcome on this area of the beach. I had to walk several blocks or drive to an area where I could walk extensively. I wasn't pleased with the neighborhood. It's summer and there were a fair amount of school children playing in the streets. A couple of kids next door kept asking me to rev the engine on my car. There were also a few little patio parties at night I encountered on my evening walk with my dog. Just seemed to be more people actually living their daily lives here instead of it being a vacation vibe. The pool needs a few repairs. The bar you hold onto to enter the shallow end is broken as well as a broken lamp post. If you're going to be out and only use this condo as a shower and sleep and not want to spent too much time in the unit then it's perfect. I should mention it is an upstairs unit. Carrying luggage up and down the steps was a little cumbersome.

The condo was well located regarding walk ability to the beach, restaurants and a gas station/store for immediate needs. The condo was basic. Linens need an upgrade, some if the lighting is not sufficient…..the location of this specific condo, where a main trash container is located, is disappointing when a couch and chair sit out there and multiple bags outside the container.

This property was lacking upkeep on the inside and the outside.Seriously,the furniture was lacking.The TV stand had a loose board on top.No nightstand on opposite side of the bed.In our situation,a person sleeping seperate on the couch had no sheets or blankets or pillows. For the price,I was dissapointed.Oh,the kitchen clock is out of service,it is corroded.The main bathroom toilet sounds like a jet landing which is disturbing,not only to us,but the neighbors as well.

Rental was very nice. However, if you plan on booking anything with Vacasa... better hope you don't need to cancel!! They will not change our refund your booking NO MATTER WHAT!! You either take your trip or lose your money!!! They will not refund even if you have insurance.

This place should be condemned due to health concerns. The floor was filthy and there was mold all over the kitchen sink faucet and black mold growing in the bathroom vent. My son has asthma and we left the property early due to his wheezing and coughing. It was so disgusting do not stay here!!! Still trying to get in touch with someone who actually take my complaint and tried to get a refund but no one is answering the phone at VRBO.

A nice place
Nothing fancy, but comfortable and the pool is close. Great place to bring a dog as it's a very dog friendly community. If you want to take your dog to the beach, however, you'll need to drive a few blocks down A1A. But for the human guests, it's a short and pleasant walk even in summer to the State Park beach.
