We love staying in this condo. We think of it as our home away from home in Florida Everything is as described. The location is great and the weather was perfect. We were lucky to have left 2 days before Helene hit so it was a great vacation

Wonderful rental for a girls' beach weekend
This rental was perfect for our group of 4 friends for a girls beach weekend. We have stayed on this property before and we love this unit the best. It's very clean, well-maintained and having a corner unit provides additional views and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed. Good communication (and quick responses) with the property manager and they were very accommodating to our additional request. We will be booking again for next year!

Great corner unit condo with north eastern views of the sunrise from the master bedroom and great balcony views of the sun setting over the water. There was space for 6 people comfortably and Netflix available. We spent our mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool. The team at iTrip was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Please make sure your clothing or towels do not have excessive sand, as it will clog the washer. Upon arrival we wanted to wash our travel clothes and found the washer clogged along with beach towels from the unit inside it. The team sent a technician and he was able to sort out the problem, unclogged the drain and motor of sand. Take care of this place as if it was your own. We will definitely come back.

Overall we had a great time at this condo. Extremely clean and the views are incredible for sunset. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and it is a short drive to Johns Pass. Would stay here again!

Beautiful ocean view. Nice walk path right in front of condo. Calm and warm water and beautiful beach. The condo has outside grill and a nice pool! My family had a great time!!

Nice place. Property and grounds are well kept. Easy parking and the area felt safe. A bit of a walk out to the beach, but it’s nice. We didn’t think the beds were super comfortable, but everyone has their own opinions on that type of thing, I’m sure some people would say they are great. I thought the pillows were really nice though. I would have loved a comfortable chair on the balcony to sit on, but none of the units had anything like that so there may a rule with the HOA stipulating what they can have out there. I did like how the outdoor dining set was tall so you could see over the railing while sitting there. Just some added info, the ice maker must not be hooked to water because it never worked, so if you need ice for drinks, be sure to buy some. Also if you need fan noise to sleep, bring it with you. Overall, nice stay.

Property was a little dated, but the gulf view was amazing, it was quiet and had the necessities we needed. Loved that they included laundry pods too. Very walkable area and the heated pool was never busy. We will stay again. Great communication by the property managers too.

Great Stay in Florida Sun
This is a great property to stay at with everything just as described. The towels and soap are not replenished but we had enough. Two kinds of coffee makers a cuisinart (that takes k cups) and a pot (like a Mr. Coffee Maker) for more coffee. There were coolers and beach chairs and an umbrella that had been left by other guests (so they are not guaranteed to be there). The pool is heated and a little on the small side but most times we were the only 2 in the pool (we stayed mid October). The pool is shallow 4 1/2 feet at its deepest so it is not a diving or lap pool but great to float in and/or cool off. We had a car but it is close to many restaurants or they are just a short walk away. Will definitely be staying here again

Getting away from northern gloom
Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront with an excellent 5th floor view of beach and surrounding area! Plenty to do in Treasure Island!!!! Lots of eateries and nightlife entertainment at local pubs and hangouts!! We all had a great time!!! Weather was nice and warm with just a bit of rain. Ran into an issue with refrigerator which was addressed quickly and compensated with dinner cruise tickets!!! Thank you everyone for a great time!!!

We had a great time at South Beach Condo. Overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. Close to restaurants, used chairs and beach umbrella that they had in room, pool was open from 8am-11pm. Room was clean and had everything you would need. Would definitely come back again!

Lovely spacious condo, with amazing views in a great location
The condo was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. The location is great and is in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants op and is directly located on the beach front. Unfortunately our stay was interrupted by hurricane Idalia and we had to every late after only 24 hours there. The management company gave kept us updated about the evacuation and thankfully we were able to return for the final 2 nights of our booking. Without us asking, they refunded us quickly for the 3 nights that we were unable to stay there because of the mandatory evacuation Order. Treasure island is beautiful and thankfully was not badly affected by the hurricane.

Treasure Island Getaway
Being on the 5th floor, the view was beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 of us and always nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals. The elevator was timely. Plenty of parking space. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful, pool was warm with plenty of chairs and lounges. The unit doesn’t guarantee it, but there were several beach chairs and an umbrella left behind for use. Outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet. The other guests were friendly and quiet. The sunsets are amazing. We loved our stay here!

Very nice! View is incredible!
Enjoyed 3 days here with my daughter. Very nice place. We enjoyed the beach every day. Construction going on property next door (building) which at times was very loud, but we made the best of it. Would stay again.
