Ce joyau en bord de mer est l'endroit pour vous! Luxueusement meublé avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires en bois, du carrelage, des appareils électroménagers et des meubles haut de gamme, il est professionnellement décoré avec plus de 1 400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie.

Écoutez les vagues pendant que vous dînez et regardez le coucher de soleil depuis l'immense balcon généreusement aménagé avec des chaises longues et des tables. Cette unité d'extrémité, a des fenêtres dans chaque pièce pour laisser le soleil de la Floride illuminer toutes vos pièces. Les installations comprennent: piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, barbecue à gaz, parking couvert et ascenseur. Indian Rocks Beach est connue pour son sable de sucre doux et son beau temps toute l'année.

Annual Indian Rocks visit
This is the ninth year we've stayed in this condo, and we always enjoy the area with so many things to do. The beach is beautiful, and the owner is always very prompt and responsive to any requests that we have.

Very nice property. Balcony was a favorite place to sit. The beach is a very short distance. The complex is small and quiet. It's nice to have the storage locker with beach goodies.

Perfect location
We like to visit IRB once a year and we’ve stayed in Oceanside before, we love the location. We walked to all dinners and ice cream! The property manager was very pleasant to speak with and was timely on communication. Only complaint, which I feel isn’t her fault is check all dishes, most of the pots we needed weren’t clean. BIG PLUS was the pack & play, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs , so glad we didn’t have to Pack that down!

Fantastic stay, fantastic beach, fantastic host
The location of this property was great, beach was beautiful with lots to do and eat in the immediate area. The property was clean and exactly advertised. As an added bonus, the beds were the most comfortable of any rental property we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in ALOT!!). The storage unit was well stocked with all the beach necessities. Communication with the host was great as well, she was very responsive when a question came up. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing gulf view
This condo was perfect for my family. Oceanfront, small building, pool, awesome hot tub, washer/dryer, kitchen, and restaurants/ice cream & beach shop within walking distance. Great location since we were interested in a quiet area. We have stayed at a few places in St. Pete and Treasure Island and this place is a gem. The storage units are a great idea - there are umbrellas to use and even some fishing gear. The living room has huge windows facing the gulf! We were really impressed by these! The balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub so you can keep an eye on everyone, and still watch dolphins and manatees swim up the coast. Condo and building in general are kept clean. Covered parking helps keep your car from cooking. Keyless entry is handy. We loved it.

A beautiful place on the beach
We loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. This two bedroom condo had everything we needed and more. Close walk to restaurants and CVS Store and on the trolley route. Condo was in good shape and ready for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.

The property is in great location. The condo is clean & comfortable. There was an issue with master toilet. I contacted the owner. She contacted a Plummer & the problem was resolved within couple hours. Very pleased! I would stay there again!

Wonderful Two Week Stay
This unit was exactly as described and totally met our expectations. It was clean, kitchen was extremely well stocked and layout of the condo spacious with beautiful views of the gulf. We were able to walk to several restaurants, a CVS and ice cream shops. For a short drive away, there are many attractions to visit (nature parks, botannical gardens,etc). We had fabulous sunny weather which was a welcome reprieve from the cold rainy weather of Boston. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you Anna Marie!

This is our fifth visit to Indian Rocks Beach, but the first time staying in this unit. You cannot beat the views and location. Owner was very responsive when we had a question upon check out. Would stay here again!

Perfect location, quiet beach, beautiful view
The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the bars/shops/restaurants, but it felt tucked away that we were in our own quiet paradise. The unit is on the end right above the hot tub on the second floor facing the ocean. When we were at the condo, all our time was spent sitting on the patio watching the fisherman catch small sharks off the beach or talking with new friends in the pool area. This part of the beach was so much quieter than a mile north due to the big public beach area. We were so happy with how quiet the beech and entire condo unit was. The condo unit has an elevator and the entire and the parking is assigned under the structure. It felt very safe with a lot of lighting. The condo had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The living room had reclining couches which were also very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. There’s nothing negative to be said about the facility itself and the amenities. The only negative (this is minor and will not deter me from ever staying again) is that it wasn’t exceptionally clean. The unit was definitely cleaned between each renter, but the floors and trims throughout could use a deep clean. Also there was a lot of dust and some spider webs in the corners of the rooms in the ceiling and on the windows where there were fake plants. Again, this is completely nitpicking and it’s a rental, so it’s understandable. Overall, 5 out of 5!!

Our check in was difficult because the condo had not been cleaned due to an error on the cleaner's calendar. We were not able to connect with owner, but fortunately the cleaner's card was on the frig, and she came immediately when we contacted her. We love the location and the beach.

Perfect location amazing sunsets
This was in the perfect location close to everything we needed. Being on the beach and having access to the pool and hot tub was the best. The sunsets were amazing. The condo could use some TLC and updates on the linens and rugs. Had no place in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or put personal items.

Perfect getaway!
We loved our stay at Anna Marie’s condo! The location was perfect. The pool was clean and shaded nicely through the morning. The beach access was great and it was nice to have the storage closet for the beach equipment and toys so less sand came back to the condo with us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part was watching the beautiful sunsets each evening on balcony! We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Excellent Beach Condo!
Our family of 4 (2 teens) really enjoyed the location of this condo. There were several walkable restaurants, an ice cream shop & fishing in the intercostals across the street. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. We will stay there again!

Family Vacation Success
We were very pleased with our stay and the accommodations were above expectations. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The pictures don't do it justice as there is new and updated furniture and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom with a daybed as well which gave us plenty of room. The storage closet downstairs had plenty of beach equipment and left us room to store our gear as well. The location is central to really good restaurants and shops. The only negative, which is completely out of the owner's hands, is if there are people staying above you and they walk with heavy feet, you will hear them stomping around upstairs. Again, this is the only complaint, just be aware, but it's not enough of an issue to keep us from renting again next year. The view is spectacular and access to the beach is quick and easy with very soft white sand and not overly crowded. We will definitely rent again!

Great for a more chill family vacay
We wanted the weather and water of Clearwater without the crowds and Indian Rocks totally delivered. The condo was perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate a larger family. Beach access on the property made popping up for snacks etc easy. The condo is located in the southern portion of IRB and is an easy walk to some nice eats - Pipo and Bettys, Crabby Bills and Anecdote brewery were faves for us. Plenty of chairs, floats, umbrellas even some fishing gear in the storage closet. Responsive host. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

Great Location!
On the beach, nicely decorated, most every thing you will need in the kitchen plus some recreational items in the storage area. Walking distance to some local restaurants and shopping plus CVS. The beach and pool were never over crowded during our stay. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!
