Please be aware that you may experience less amenities, some intermittent beach inaccessibility due to ongoing restoration, and less restaurants and activities in the area through the end of 2024. The Oceana Resort is one of Treasure Island’s newest additions located directly across the street from the beach. At Oceana, you will enjoy so many great amenities. For outdoor fun, The property offers 2 pools and whirlpools, either overlooking the Bay or the Beach across the street. On the Beach side you’ll enjoy the large shared Sundeck with fabulous panoramic views of both, the intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Head down to take advantage of the resort's direct beach access and enjoy a long, leisurely walk along the lapping waves with someone you love. Between all of the amenities at Oceana and the nearby entertainment, your vacation days are sure to be filled with fun, relaxation, and gorgeous views.

Clean, wonderful location. Loved you had access to both facilities and very short walk to the beach. The receptionist that checked us in/out was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop was amazing to watch the sunset and we LOVED watching fireworks on the beach. The ONLY negative things was the outdoor rinse off area could be better and maybe outdoor grills. Other than that WONDERFUL!! Will definitely be there again!!

This property was perfect. A short walk across the street to the beach where you have chair and umbrella rental service available and short rides to anywhere in st Pete beach! Would highly recommend! And plan to be back!

Nice place, great location!
Overall, the place was very nice. It was well stocked and it's location was great. Nice view of the water and an easy stroll across the street to the beach. The only complaint(s) I have is the lack of storage in the kitchen and the floor's could've been mopped a bit better. Also, there was a terrible smell upon check-in which we traced back to the dishwasher. It was as if someone recently ate some fish and didn't do a great job cleaning up. Once we ran the dishwasher the smell went away.

Great Stay
Great condo in a nice location. Had a great stay! We thought the local restaurants (suggested at check in) where better than usual tourist traps. Bayside fishing was nice as well. Brought the dogs. Only slight drawback is very little walking room as main road that splits property has no real sidewalk and road is very busy. We took dogs by car to a dog park for exercise. I would stay again at either bayside or gulf side.

While the condo itself is cute and on a beautiful location on the bay. This units house keeping staff is subpar at best. Staying in this unit for a month uncovered many things, that had not been taken care of/cleaned in a while. I have pictures of the issues uncovered if you’d like to see them; however I will say the most DISGUSTING thing was when I took the sheets off the small bedroom bed to wash. The mattress cover had gross stains on both sides. I can definitely say these were not permanent stains because when I took it off, used Oxi-Clean and washed it in HOT water they came out. Because my husband was the only one that slept in that bed, for a few nights; we know for a fact the stains were already on it when I went to wash the sheets before my Sister’s arrival. The off-site management team, (Resort Rentals), while somewhat responsive, just kept apologizing for all the issues, (too many to mention). They even asked me once, ‘what can we do for you to make your stay better.’ With being in the unit for a month, I expected to Mop a few times. However, I did not expect to need to on the 2nd day in the unit. That was because after walking on the floors the first night, our white socks were black! When I mopped I changed the water 4 times for about 650 square feet of tile and it too was black. Also, while there is a mop and vacuum cleaner in a closet, there isn’t a bucket! So, I borrowed one from the on site cleaning crew of the Provident, (the on-site management group).

We were very pleased with our stay at Provident Oceana. It was our first time in Treasure Island FL. Everything we anticipated about the condo rental was realized. The location is great. We stayed on the inner coastal side of the road and had beautiful sunrises off our balcony and comfortable, shady evenings. The beach was just across the street with easy access through the sister property on that side: beautiful, long sandy beach. The condo unit was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for two couples to share with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of clean linens, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. It was good to have the pool and the option of other amenities like paddleboards to rent. We were within walking distance to Publix and restaurants and local shops. John's Pass was a mere 2 miles away. St. Petersburg was a 25 minute ride.

Wonderful Treasure Island Stay
We had a wonderful stay in Treasure Island. Property came as advertised with access to 2 pools and roof top decks. Patio on unit is truly the highlight especially at night where we were able to enjoy additional time along the intercoastal. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

The main issue for us was not being able to even walk with your pet on the beach was very disappointing. The property was excellent beautiful location everything walking distances we really enjoyed the property check in was a breeze and the place was very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing beautiful and right over the pool. And most of all private parking space 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

The property was even more than we had hoped for. The view from the balcony was fabulous. In fact, the balcony was far larger than it appeared in the pictures of the property on the VRBO website. Close to everything. Clean. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

This unit is across the road from Treasure Island Beach, it is ideal if you are looking for a quieter experience. It's not for folks looking to be at the beach when they go down the elevator. This is our first stay across the street, I was pleasantly surprised by how much more relaxing it is. It is less windy and blustery for sure. the only downside is not having that beach view. At check-in the woman asked us about a resort fee, no resort fee was indicated in the contract and the website specifically markets units as NO RESORT OR PARKING FEE so that was a bit annoying. When I pushed back she quickly retracted! I thought twice about writing that here, but listing it for the benefit of future bookers.
