This is a quiet neighborhood with large properties, so you hardly see or hear anyone.
The house is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Starbucks, etc.

There is a bus stop about 10 mins' walking distance from the house on Walsingham Road. From there you can take public transportation to the beaches and sights.

– Safety features: Nest Device on the front door and exterior security cameras at both front and back. Home is not childproofed! Please supervise children at all times.
– Scheduled maintenance (lawn care, pool upkeep, repairs) may occur; you'll be notified in advance. Please inquire if you would like an in-between cleaning.
– Maximum adult occupancy: 20. Total guests (including children and infants) can accommodate up to 23. Please confirm the accurate guest count during booking for ample sleeping spaces.
– Planning an event during your stay? Contact us in advance, and our team will assist in arranging and sourcing local vendors at an extra cost.
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:

- Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
– Noise levels must be kept down from 11 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
– Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay.
– To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy.
– To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
