Wonderful condo. Great service
Really nice condo. Great view over the water, nice bedrooms. With the waterpark the place is perfect for at vacation with kids. Beach only a few minutes away. CVS and nice restaurants also a few minutes away. Host extremely nice and helpful. Five stars all over from us. We will come back!

My family and I really liked the property, everything was perfect, the children were happy, we were surprised by the comfort of the apartment, nothing was missing, they have everything to spend an unforgettable vacation, the lady who cleans is very very kind and helpful. The only thing missing is a curtain on the master bedroom window, much light in the morning. Just one suggestion. Love your apartment

IRB Family Vacation
My family and I loved our time visiting Indian Rocks Beach. As first time visitors, we weren’t sure where to stay. Harbourside turned out to be a great central location to explore restaurants and beaches. The parking garage is very convenient to keep vehicles cool from the hot Florida sun. The water park was a nice bonus to use with family when our son needed a break from the beach. My partner and I enjoyed the attached Rum Shak and Jimmy Guana’s restaurant. Communication from Stephanie and Trent was flawless. Check-in and out were a breeze. We loved the fact that we didn’t have to bring hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, or beach towels (saved so much time and money flying). We definitely recommend this spot for families with children!

Great vacation
We were hesitant to stay at “holiday inn”. We were so pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. I think I like the bay view better than ocean view. The condo was bigger than I thought it would be. Even used the washer and dryer and they worked great. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, great condo!
The location was wonderful, beautiful beach so close. The water park was so much fun for my kids, 9,7&5. The balcony was great-saw a dolphin first morning! The communication from the host was excellent. So many wonderful beach supplies for all! New washer and dryer was amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows! We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect for a family!
We traveled for April vacation with our three girls, ages 12, 8 and 14 months. The size of the unit was perfect and had a pack n play and high chair as well as beach gear for our use. Everything was extremely clean. There is a big deck where we chose to hang whenever we were there and watched the boats go by on the intercoastal. The water park was a perfect afternoon stop after going to the beach, which was a few blocks away. We read past reviews to find out about restaurants and local amenities which were all accurate. And last- but most important of all- the hosts could not be any nicer.

Perfect for families
We stayed over spring break with our family of 5(13,10, 8). It was perfect size for our family. The short, easy walk to the beach and access to a Waterpark made it the perfect location. We also loved relaxing on the patio over looking the channel.

Spacious, clean, and peaceful views!
Stephanie was amazing to work with very responsive and answered all of our questions. Very timely. The place was clean, bright and open. Very comfy beds, and comfy pillows. Location was perfect very short walking distance to the beach and having the wagons and chairs was very much appreciated. The porch was wonderful in the morning and the evening to watch the boats go by we even got to see some dolphins drinking our morning coffee. I was there with my sisters and 3 of our three of our children, and all of us had a great time.

Wonderful Stay at Indian Rocks
Stayed over New Years for a week at this property. Everything was great from communication prior to coming and during the stay. There were a few options to choose from on VRBO at this condo location, and I was debating which unit to choose from. After staying, I know that I chose the right one for a few reasons! The unit was nice and clean, 2nd bedroom had large beds and own bathroom as well. Large balcony overlooking the water and marina, that we had a few breakfasts on. The view overlooking the canal is definitely better than overlooking the waterpark which can get noisy and loud even at night with the bar. I don't mind the noise coming from a big city, but I can see how it might bother others, but I definitely enjoyed the peaceful views of the boats and water and would choose that again. Unit is also conveniently close to the elevator. The buildings laundry machines are next to it (although no one really used it since most units probably have their own laundry in unit like we did) - but it made it even quieter, since you didn't have any neighbours on the one side. Another bonus was the wagon in the storage unit - we used this for the beach. The beach very close to walk to, but with kids and lugging things to and from the beach it definitely makes a difference. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet and felt very safe. We drove into Clearwater a couple of times and although there is definitely a lot more action in Clearwater, it was nice to have a quiet retreat away from that. The waterpark was fun for my boys, 13 and 11 and we enjoyed it despite being there the coldest time of year, and therefore not too busy when we were there. Overall it was a great relaxing stay and we'd definitely be back!

Fun family getaway!
We picked this property specifically for it's location to the beach and the waterpark. Our daughter is in a big water slide phase. We enjoyed this unit. It has a big balcony on the side of the building not facing the waterpark with a calming intercostal waterway view. Balcony has super comfy chairs for sipping coffee or cocktails. The living room has ample seating. We didn't have to all cram on one couch to watch a movie. The beds were comfortable and there was even a fan in the closet. My husband and I like sleeping with a fan at home so this was nice to have available. Great water pressure and heats up instantly! The outdoor storage closet is well stocked for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, even an ice chest. It had everything we needed and a convient beach wagon for transport! Very short walk to the beach. Several dining options within walking distance too. This building has a couple of roof top decks where you can watch sunsets too! Highly recommend this unit!

Great place for family vacation!
I am very picky with where I stay because I need it to be clean, and this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, provided accommodations like a high chair for my 2 year old and had spacious bedrooms where my 12 & 8 year old could have their own separate space. The dockside view was relaxing and the waterpark was a hit with my kids. The beach is literally a two block walk and it was a safe, relaxing walk. Fun for the whole family and I would definitely stay here again!

Super family condo
We decided to drive to FL for Spring break with our two teens and our 9 year old. Stephanie and Trent provided all the helpful details, and we arrived after a LONG drive to a condo that was clean and perfectly welcoming. Indian Rocks beach is perfect for families. We loved walking to dinner each night. The condo is updated and very comfortable. The views of the intercostal waterway were awesome, and the kids loved the water park. And I loved the rum bar. (:The closet with toys, chairs, and wagon was fantastic. All in all, excellent!
