« The apartment is very nice, although it could do with a few improvements. Desire is very considerate. The proximity of the metro is convenient. On the other hand, noise pollution can be a nuisance for those not used to city life. »

« Very cool neighborhood, near lots of cool spots (less than 2 block walk from bars, CVS, bodegas, bakeries, you name it). The property itself has tons of beds, a cool living room/kitchen area, it is very clean, and it had all the necessaries (towels, towel paper, blankets). 9 guys stayed here and we had more than enough room. Will come back if we have another bachelor party »

« i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

« Riki, the host, was super responsive and even went out of his way to purchase us a pack n play for our toddler ahead of arrival. The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen and everything was within walking distance. Easy walk to subway, bus, etc. the apartment provided everything we needed and with our toddler, it was great to have a separate space for him to sleep. If we are lucky enough to travel across the country back to New York, I will definitely stay here again! »

« We had a college girls trip/reunion and the location, amenities, and space were just what we needed. Convenient for walking and to access subway. Construction outside is a little noisy, but we were up and moving in the morning anyway. »

« We enjoyed our time and this property was very close to subways and Central Park! We were a family of 7 and we fit fine! The bathroom seemed a little dirty on the floor upon arrival and found a few hairs around the bathroom. Other than that it was a great spot! We would stay here again! »
