« We had a family Christmas gathering in this beautiful house. We all live in different parts of the country and this location was central. We used the house as a base, but only two families stayed here. Everything from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen and the little amenities was perfect. The view of the lake was an extra bonus and the game room was a great addition for the kids and kids at heart in the group. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future. »

« Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. « My Mom, my sisters and all of our families enjoy staying here two years in a row to celebrate the holidays. The house is spacious and has everything we need for my foodie sisters to cook great meals. The property manager Faith is friendly and super responsive but we've only had a glitch with the Internet once. Mainly we talk to Faith because she's great about checking in and making sure everything is great. Highly recommend for groups or family gatherings. »
