« It’s old! Some rooms really need an update, especially the bathrooms!!!! Never see any management any where as u go about your day. Housekeeping just ok! Ruth Chris is a nice addition, but pricey!! Lord Essex needs complete over haul!!! The only thing good is the location!! Bell people helpful with luggage and car!! »

« I thought it was in a perfect location. I was there to go to the Mayo Clinic. The restaurant was very good. A decent size gym, no pool or other amenities. The throw carpet in my room was not very clean, but the rest of the room was fine. »
