« Great property, some of the things on the property were falling apart, heaters in 2 bedrooms didn’t work well. They had some water leaking issues that got some of our backpacks soaked on an inside bench. I contacted the property and never heard back. Overall very clean and worked well with our family, game room and basketball court was awesome! »

« We loved staying here! We have all boys and they had a blast playing pool, racquetball, pickleball, tennis and swimming in the pool. All of these things were right across the street from the condo. The owners were so easy to contact and we're very helpful whenever we had questions. »

« We had a wonderful time. The place is small but cozy. Clean fully stocked. Dawn was quick to respond with any questions. It dumped a lot of snow so you definitely need chains or 4WD to get up the road . Found out that snow plow doesn't happen after 4/15 but with our chains we got around with no problem . Being dog friendly was a plus. Very friendly neighborhood will definitely come back next year! »

« This apartment and the owner are amazing! They offer everything we need for our stay in cedar city. Unfortunately, the rental is monitored by VRBO a company I can no longer deal with due to their excessive withdrawal of funds and inability to reach anyone who can make a decision or actually assist with a problem. »
