We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Stay here almost every time we stay in Springfield. Can’t beat this place for the price. Only complaint for me is that since they’ve remodeled they no longer have to futon style couches in the king suite rooms. They have 2 chairs and an end table instead. Something to keep in mind if you’re banking on using the couch for an extra bed. The pictures still show a couch but according to the front desk, the only rooms now with the couch is the penthouse. Still a great place to stay for the price. »

« I booked lake front accommodations but was unaware that the building I was staying in was adjacent to the main resort itself. The interior was nice but the outside of the buiding and the grounds it was on was no where as nice as the rest of the resort. I would stay here again but would not stay in this building considering the high price. »

« It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. »

« It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. »
