« The dining options were not the best. Not enough options. The food over priced in the water park area and the breakfast was awful one day. They ran out of food and took a while to replace. They ran out of plates. The food was not the best for breakfast. »

« Check in was easy; the resort is older and dated; the door to the room barely stayed closed, the locks and handles are about falling off; outside doors dont lock; the windows and patio door are beat up and half falling apart, screens messed up, etc; The floor is definitely falling apart, with soft, squishy parts in the subfloor. Very loud at night with kids running above us, but generally controlled after 10pm; outside walking is very nice, it's just not very long. The underground walkway to...

« It’s such a game changer having a full kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. No need to eat out for every meal and we don’t all have to go to bed at the same time as the kids. Plenty of room and so much fun stuff to do! Can’t wait to stay again »

« Some features were disappointing. The kitchen did not have much in terms of cooking utensils and the fridge is extremely small if you hope to provide a lot of your own food. It is definitely in a nice location for activities »

« Nice Property, but since we were not members we felt like unwelcomed guests. Sheets were stained. They brought us a new set, and credited applied a credit. Pool area was nice and room was nice, bed was comfortable. The kitchen had glasses, plates, silverware. »

« We just got back from a 4 night stay in the Wyndham section of Glacier Canyon Lodge. Check in went smooth, and we all had the best time! Our only regret was not staying longer. We can't wait to go back! »

« Are stay was cut short due to Covid 19. But these people were wonderful. They were quick to resolve a couple issues we had checking in the place was amazing and even after the dells closed they stayed opened! »

« Good vacation rental, I think the resort ended up putting us into a bigger condo which was super nice. If I wanted to be really picky it could have used a little more cleaning, couch was a bit dirty and stained and the floor could have been a little cleaner but overall acceptable. It’s nice to have all the things you need in the condo to cook a few meals. Larger trash cans would be easier so you don’t have to make several trips to the garbage area. Be prepared to walk to any of the attractions....

« I would highly recommend staying here. Great value and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Right in the perfect spot in the dells and next to Mt Olympus! It has a connection inside to get to the waterpark and theme park so you don't have to walk outside »
