« Pool is not well maintained. Dining options are very limited. Service was super slow. It seems the restaurant is highly understaffed. In room service was was also not available. Overall it was an average experience. Definitely a lot of scope of improvement in room-service and dining facilities for the property. »

« We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there! »

« Excellent rooms and very clean with plenty of greenery and flowers. Meals were nothing extravagant but good though the vegetarian options were limited on the Christmas day. The property had lot of trails on their property though the sign boards marking the trail are limited. I got lost in a trail within the property with no recognizable trails and had to use the google maps on satellite mode to locate the nearest path. « It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for. Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes. Property is on a nice lot but could be much more elevated in decor and services. »
