Élégante maison Sun Valley juste sur Trail Creek!

Bitterroot Road est une maison magnifiquement construite et luxueusement aménagée dans la subdivision Bitterroot à Sun Valley. Cette maison de qualité de 5500 pieds carrés est nichée le long de l'eau de Trail Creek à mi-chemin entre Ketchum et Sun Valley. Vous êtes à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Ketchum, de la montagne chauve, de la montagne Dollar et du village de Sun Valley.
Profitez du bain à remous après avoir skié avec un verre de vin et écouté les sons apaisants de Trail Creek.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres (dont 3 donnent sur le ruisseau et ont leur propre cheminée), toutes avec leur propre salle de bain privée et un bureau à domicile avec canapé-lit. Le bureau à domicile a sa propre salle de bain complète (et cheminée), donc la maison a, en substance, 5 chambres privées. Il y a un bain à remous extérieur qui surplombe le ruisseau Trail. Une douche à vapeur est située à l'entrée du patio arrière.

La maison est joliment meublée dans toutes les chambres avec une literie et des oreillers super confortables et de haute qualité.

Le salon principal dispose d'une grande cheminée à bois, d'un mobilier confortable, d'un système audio de haute qualité, d'une télévision et d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir de 8 à 10 personnes.

Amazing House Great Location
Location is perfect- 5 min walk to Ketchum and Sun valley lodge/resort. House is very spacious, great for big groups! Kitchen has everything you need and hot tub was perfect- beautiful views of the creek. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Grady was really helpful and very responsive!

Beautiful home in a perfect location
The home was beautiful! It’s located right next to a beautiful stream. There’s a steep rocky foothill right behind the house so lots of privacy. The hot tub was brand new this year and we enjoyed that after skiing every day. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and basics (spices, oil, butter, etc). We loved the house and would definitely stay again. There is a “cottage” behind the main house, which we did not need/use. It is not nearly as nice (furniture is pretty plain and the bathroom needs some work), but it would work for teenagers who want their space.

Fantastic Sun Valley Home!
Better than expected and more beautiful and comfortable than the photos! This home is in a truly great location, quiet, right on Trail Creek and has beautiful rooms and a gracious, open and warm living room and dining room. The art is beautiful as well. Great billiard room for family games and warm and cozy with a great cooking kitchen for family meals. Nice big garage and the hot tub was appreciated together with the wood burning fireplace. Great communication with the property manager who reached out early, gave all the details, was always available for question and very kind. Great experience overall. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This property was great. Best parts are: 1) Location 2) Property manager (Grady) was super communicative and responsive; offered lots of activity suggestions, made sure we were settling in right and had everything we needed 3) House was great - well stocked, great size, great layout for families 4) Amenities - had access to the Sun Valley Lodge We're definitely planning on staying here again.

Our yearly ski-trip reunion of college friends and spouses (20+ yrs of these trips) to Sun Valley this year! And Bruce and Heather's hospitality at their home was wonderful! Terrific location, the management team went above and beyond, the house is well appointed and the descriptions are on point. Hope to get back this summer! Everything about this home and our experience staying in it was awesome! The reservation process was quick and seamless. Communication before our arrival was was welcoming and gave us all of the information we needed. Grady graciously accommodated our schedule by allowing us to check in a few hours early. The house was exactly as described in the listing with a gorgeous location right on the creek and beautiful spaces and furnishings inside and out. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there with plenty of dishes, towels, extra pillows & blankets, books, magazines and games. The hot tub and pool table were both very popular. Grady and the owners were both very friendly and responsive whenever we had a question or request of them. They made us feel welcomed and were prompt to follow up every time we reached out to them. The same was true of the property manager, Trent. Overall, this is a beautiful property with excellent management and owners who will make you feel like a valued guest while you are there. We have stayed in a wide variety of vacation rental properties in a lot of places through the years and this was possibly the most seamless experience we’ve had with one. We are grateful to have had the use of this beautiful property for our time in Sun Valley and even more grateful for the graciousness of our hosts Bruce and Heather and the local team they’ve hired to manage it.

Our family spent Christmas in this great house. House manager Graydon was amazing and incredibly helpful attending to every need. The house is large, fun spaces and beautiful artwork. Location is close to town. We loved the large living room fireplace and the party room with the pool table. Thank you!

The house could not be better located. Wonderful neighborhood, walkable to downtown. The house is huge. Apart from not having A/C (which was not a huge issue), the house could not be better for a vacation. One of the best things was the property manager, Grady, who was so nice and so helpful. Really wonderful experience.

Amazing Home in a great location!
This home was one of our favorite VRBO properties! The check in process was great. We felt so comfortable in the home and had a lot of space to move around. The kids loved the pool table, dart board, and backgammon table. The creek behind the house was so pleasant. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals in. It was great! We hope to stay here again in the future.

This house is literally the perfect location. Right between downtown and Sun Valley Lodge. In any season this house would be the ideal place to be. Also the layout of the house allows for everyone to feel like they have space to relax after a long ski day. This house is ideal in every way.

The location says it all but, on top of that, this home accommodated a mini family reunion for us. We were all able to stay in the same place yet distance ourselves enough during the pandemic. Seeing the deer and listening to the creek was so soothing. We will be back...and as often as we can.

The property is amazing and manager is is very good. However there was one issue. The check out process was challenging. We had agreed on an extra night which was paid for and the cleaning crew came several hours early in the morning. The miscommunication was between the manager and owner but the impact deeply impacted our last night. I recommend only the manager handle the logistics so there is no miscommunication with the guests. The

BEAUTIFUL!!!!
We made an absolutely perfect choice for our first visit to Sun Valley! This beautiful home easily accommodated our group of three couples and two children, each having their own bedroom suite. These suites were perfectly appointed as well as very private. We cooked quite a few times and found the kitchen very well stocked with all the necessary utensils and quality dishware. The location was so beautiful with the creek behind the house, and just far enough away from town to enjoy the peace and calm! Grady couldn't have been a better host, always available to answer questions or make suggestions. I give this home a AAA+++ and highly recommended it!!!
