Gorgeous home with private hot tub and game room

This rustic luxury large home offers you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your Tahoe vacation. Step into our large living room with plush leather sectional, heated floors, flat-screen TV, and stone-lined fireplace. This house comes with ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, grill, Roku TV, bikes, foosball, 2 refrigerators, a fully stocked kitchen, and a peek of the lake from the balcony. You’ll quickly find all of the space in the open and fully-equipped kitchen to be tastefully and efficiently used, with multiple sinks and uncrowded appliances ensuring there’s never a line to refresh your drink or grab a snack.

On this main entry-level, you’ll find the first of six bedrooms. The wood-trimmed Master Bedroom, with a California King bed, ceiling fan, and elevated ceilings welcomes you to take a respite, and the attached ensuite awaits to comfort you with a walk-in steam shower and separate soaking tub.

On the lower level of this home, you will find five more bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms host a queen size bed and ensuite bathrooms, another queen bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom, and a bunk room with twin over full-sized beds and a game area. The lower level also has a second living room and access to the beautiful backyard and hot tub.

The amazing amenities in the home feature a ping pong table, foosball table, and Nintendo. Or enjoy the use of our bicycles in the summer and take the bike path to Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, or to the West Shore of Lake Tahoe.

* 4 vehicle max. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 12 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.

Perfect stay all around.
The house is absolutely stunning and in a great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd ever need for cooking with a group. Tons of appliances, space, dishware. Hot tub and deck was super cozy and enough beds for everyone. Thank you to the host for letting us enjoy the space, we had an amazing time.

Very enjoyable stay
I have no complaints about this property. I have never stayed at a better stocked home. The kitchen is ready for whatever you want to prepare and the bathrooms are also well-stocked. The garage is full of toys, coolers, and equipment that is enough for any large party. Overall a very thoughtfully prepared rental home. We will return for sure!

The property was very nice. It had everything that we needed or wanted!! The location was great! I called about trash pickup from previous guests and they were prompt in taking care of it! Nice Home
Very nice home in an older residential neighborhood (one of the nicest perhaps). Kitchen is fully equipped with tons of glasses and dishware! Keurig may have been broken, but there was a regular one there, so NBD. Mini ice in small refrigerator was a big hit, although my husband did hear the ice maker running at night. Mattresses were fine although I think new ones should be considered because some did sag. Overall very clean. 5 full bathrooms which was great for our large group. Very close to Tahoe City which was quite convenient. Lots of walking and biking trails in area. Beach was about a mile from the house...easy walk down, straight uphill almost the entire return walk. Only real downfall was that we could not turn off or control the radiant heat. There were thermostats, but it didn't seem to make a difference how they were set. House always seemed to be 75 degrees despite being set at 63 --outside temp was high 30s/low 40s at night, 60s in day. We did not contact anyone so cannot comment on owner/management response to the issue.

Nice house with some issues during the stay
The house is well appointed and the amenities were great. The layout was great for our group. We did have some issues with our stay. The mattress springs were saggy in several of the bedrooms and resulted in aching backs. The ice machine was directly above one of the bedrooms and made a loud buzzing noise every 5-10 seconds that made sleeping difficult. There was a large leak from the kitchen sink that poured water into the bedroom below. To their credit, the latter two issues were resolved by property management in a reasonable amount of time. However for the price paid, I would have expected a smoother stay.

The communal spaces in this property are outstanding. The kitchen was special and had every piece of cook and eating ware you would ever need. It was hot while we were in Tahoe so the bedrooms were pretty warm at night, and some fans were too noisy to use. But overall, it was a great experience.

We were blown away by how beautiful and well stocked this property is. There is more than enough kitchen supplies for anyone. The gorgeous table seats 12 easily. Plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space. The many bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family of twelve perfectly, with beds left over. The bunk room is so cute. The furnishings are beautiful and beds very comfortable. The master shower is gorgeous. We used the ping pong table. I’ve never seen so many bath and beach towels and the bath towels are so plush. There are also bikes and so many extras. It was a beautiful place. One thing it does not have are trash bags, so remember to bring those. Otherwise, it is well stocked. We loved it.

Loved this home!
We were three families who came for ski week and loved our stay at this home. It was beyond well stocked in every way and incredibly comfortable. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and wonderful spaces for everyone to come together (dining table for 12, large wraparound sectionals, large hot tub, etc). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Was notified as our 10 person group was driving up to Tahoe that the boiler was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Tahoe Rentals basically left us stranded with nowhere to stay and at that point all other rentals were much more expensive. They refunded us but we had to scramble and ultimately pay more. Would not recommend renting with them

Great spot!
The house is beautiful, very well stocked and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen was possible the most well stocked I've ever seen in a rental. Beds are super soft (which might not be great for all). Tons of towels!! Which was nice for little ones in and out of the hot tub. Only issues were with a bed that was not changed before we arrived and no replacement sheets to be found. Also, we could not find the thermastat (only the ones for heated floor) and the house was HOT. So even in January we had windows open at times. Nice perk was the open space area a block or so away was great for a winter walk, snow shoeing, distance skiing and sledding. Overall, excellent stay, great house, very comfortable and would definitely stay here again

Amazing Stay!!
Loved the comfort of the home. Kitchen had plenty of drinkware, dishes, utensils, and anything and everything you could think of. The commodity this cabin had to offer exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.
