The Space:

We're an ADULT ONLY property! (sorry no babies, kids or pets). No additional guests or visitors (NO EXCEPTIONS..VIOLATIONS OF THIS RULE WILL FACE EVICTION…Riverside County is strict on this!!!). 4 cars maximum parking. NO PARKING OUTSIDE THE GATE AT ANYTIME. DRIVEWAY IS SHARED WITH OWNERS WITH SEPARATE PARKING AREA. POOL IS NOT HEATED.
This private quaint 1408 square foot Spanish Farmhouse style retreat home (Casa) is the perfect getaway if you're celebrating an anniversary, honeymoon, birthday or just want to escape the hustle and bustle of life, work and family. Relax & unwind outside with the large luxury resort style pool, hot tub (no charge for heat).
Have fun playing a game of Cornhole, yard pong, ladder toss, ring toss or giant Jenga, in our outdoor game arena! Enjoy the outdoor bbq, dining area and fire pit (think s'mores).

The Casa sits on 2.5 sprawling acres and the house, backyard, pool, spa and game arena are part of your rental and exclusively for you to enjoy. The other side of the property is separated and for owners only.
The resort style pool features a beach entrance, 2 lounge chairs in the pool for cooling off and tanning, a swim up bar with stools and waterfalls.

The Casa is surrounded by wineries, 7 within walking distance from the property. Sit back and relax in our cozy outdoor sitting areas with a glass of wine or two and enjoy the 360 degree picturesque views of the Mountains, Vineyards, Orchards and the most spectacular Sunrises (watch for Hot Air Balloons), Sunsets, & Moon Rises!

Inside this farmhouse styled Casa you will find a great room with leather couches, fireplace (dependent on County Regulations) , flat screen tv, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The poolside bedroom has a King size bed and the rose garden bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 separate queen beds. The kitchen has a stocked coffee bar with Nespresso and assorted teas, stainless steel fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies you need to cook and serve a delicious homemade meal. FREE High Speed Wifi! Washer and dryer available.
