« We only stay one night, wish we had more time there. The unit was lovely, nicely equipped, shower was great, plenty of room. Public access to the beach right there. The beach was great to walk on, you can go for miles. If you don't want to walk, the condo had all you need to relax for day on the sand. « Everything leading up to our stay; planning, communications, expectations, and through the stay had exceeded our expectations. The beach is magnificent, and the location is central to everything we wanted to do on Marco Island. Can't wait to visit again!Michael »

« Overall we feel like we could’ve found a nicer property for the money (especially after VRBO fees). This property does not have a lock box or electronic door locks, which made checking in/out a bit more complicated because we flew into town and did not have transportation other than Uber (so we had to add stops to go by the management office to pick up/drop off keys). « Andrew accommodated us needing an early check in with no issues. We walked in and found the place to be updated and very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. It was perfect for our family. We had a great time and would stay again. »

« The studio had everything we needed.The weather was cold our first week but the location allowed us to explore the Everglades. The boat tour from the marina was great. They were redoing to restaurant and did not heat the pool till the end of our visit. All in all it is a great studio. »

« We would definitely choose this comfortable and extremely clean bungalow again. The property is older but the owner has done their best to update it to make it very welcoming. My only issue was communicating with the owner, which was a bit of a challenge. However, once we spoke I found him accommodating and professional. »

« Our family loved the pool, propane grill, and easy beach access right across the street. Also the pickleball courts. Room was nice but the silverware was at floor level under sink and garbage can, weird but functional, better chairs and table on the balcony would be nice, also side tables at the pool area. « Meilleur rapport qualité prix de la région !! Le seul défaut de ce complexe: Impossible de suivre une partie de golf sans jouer ,sinon il faut payer le prix d’un Green fee !!! C’est bien dommage 😕 Et dommage aussi que le restaurant du golf ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, il n’ouvre qu’à 11h … Sinon très joli complexe 👍 »
