« Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get. »

The ladies staying there did not like the beds, kitchen sink or bathroom. They came over to my place to shower, and checked out of the room a day early. « We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful!
