Immaculate home with breathtaking views of Netarts Bay and Ocean!

Experience instant relaxation when setting foot into this beautiful Tudor style home with views of the Oregon coastline. It is the perfect retreat for those wishing for a quieter location, but not remoteness…less than a 5-minute drive to the sandy beach in Netarts and within walking distance to the small grocery store and coffee shop right there in the community of Netarts. If you drive 5 minutes North of the house, you will be in the charming village of Oceanside and have an unbeatable view of the 3 Arch Rocks.
With its abundant light and open floor plan, the home’s main floor is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Wifi and cable TV are provided! An electric fireplace creates a relaxing ambiance, while the large windows frame lovely tree-filled views with the ocean and horizon beyond. Sink into comfortable furnishings while watching a favorite movie on the flat screen TV or enjoying some down time with a good book. For the chefs in your group, the thoroughly equipped modern kitchen will not disappoint. Outside side patio has a charcoal grill. The dining table seats 8.
The house has 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 guests. There is 1 bedroom on the main/entry level floor with a king size bed and a breathtaking view of the bay and ocean. There is a full bathroom just outside the room. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and en-suite. It also has a spectacular view of the ocean as well as Cape Lookout. The 3rd bedroom is across the hall and has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds underneath. There is a full bathroom located in this room as well.
Bring your beach clothes to layer for sunny or stormy weather. No matter which, be ready for fun-filled days. Watch the sun set over the ocean, take a long deep breath and exhale.

Weekend Away with the Girls
My friends and I spent a relaxing weekend at the home. The views were stunning and we took full advantage of it from the comfortable living and dining rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our party of four.I enjoyed morning walks down the hill to the beach. I'd definitely book again!

Property was as advertised. Some minor kitchen appliance hiccups which could not be resolved while I was a guest. The Customer liaison was on top of her craft and showed up 2x due to my phone calls. In short, two of the minor appliances (in my opinion) should be replaced after being tossed in the trash.

The home has an impressive view on a hill, overlooking the ocean and bay. The home was complete with all of the things one would expect to accommodate a large family. The kitchen was clean and well organized. All together, we had a nice visit and enjoyed our stay.

This home is more spacious than the photos show, with the main floor including everything a couple would need, including a bedroom with king bed and two baths, kitchen with good cooking tools, living room, amazing deck and view. The upstairs has an additional two huge bedrooms and two baths. The deck and a small grassy area are nicely contained with a glass railing and fence, with a larger yard outside of the fence. All was clean and comfortable, with a fabulous view from the hill top overlooking the Netarts bay. The walk down the hill to the beach (maybe a half mile or so) is a zig-zag street through a nice and quiet neighborhood. In the other direction a short trail at the end of the street, staying on the top of the hill, loops through some woods. We had a wonderful stay.

Truly great place to stay for 6 to 8 people. The view is unbeatable, and the home is well-equipped. We loved it. We would have liked it better with written instructions on how to find it. GPS doesn't work too well, and Tower Road has no street sign! Also, we would have appreciated a recliner or two instead of the easy chairs, but that is because we are all over 70. Highly recommend this home, and we may come back next year!

We loved our stay at the Vista House and were blessed with 60 degree sun all week in November! The Views from every room were the most incredible we have ever had, and we have rented countless beach homes. Truly and incredible space to rest and take in the beauty all day long.

Lovely stay! The views are incredible, easy walk down to the beach (well there is a big hill but it's great to be able to walk down to the beach) and close to town if you need to grab groceries, coffee or a bite to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way
We booked a two week stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is comfortable and feels like home, the rental company and housekeeping staff quickly and professionally answered every text we sent. I have no words to fully describe the view, upstairs and down. It was spectacular and every sunset was memorable. We even were able to see the Milky Way on clear nights. We are in our 70s, traveling to the coast for our 53rd anniversary and the home was a great choice. We especially appreciated being able to park right in front of the front door.

The view was gorgeous, the kitchen was roomy; allowing several to work in the kitchen at the same time. The bedrooms were roomy and a view of the bay from each one! The deck was roomy and comfortably furnished. We loved this place and will use it again for sure!!

Pros: Plenty of rest rooms, and sleeping space. View was beautiful, and yard was spacious. Plenty of room for our dog and kids to play. I think my favorite feature was the outdoor heated water hose line. Cons: None of the TVs worked, and seemed to be missing cords. There’s no (short) walkable access to the bay. Road up to the house is steep gravel, but the view makes it worth it. The hoses were close together but not noticeable. Although one of the house was doing construction during our stay so it made the day a little less relaxing than anticipated.

Great Stay!
The house is an hour away from Oswald State Park, Cannon Beach, local wineries, local breweries, and local cheese makers. The views from the living rooms and two master rooms were phenomenal.
