« L’hôtel est en plein centre. Les chambres sont en style traditionnel. L’hôtel est mal entretenu. La piscine est en très mauvais état (et n’a plus de vue sur les montagnes du fait de nouveaux immeubles). Le petit déjeuner est moyen. »

« Nice property. Good breakfast, daily housekeeping. Polite and helpfull stuff. It only costs $1-$2 with Yandix from airport and $2/$3 by taxi. Shopping centers and city center is a bit further but going there with Yandix is cheap. »

« The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. »

« Tout était parfait, superbe hôtel magnifiquement situé dans la vieille ville. Très bon service. Le seul petit bémol est la climatisation limitée dans la chambre, une climatisation plus efficace aurait été largement appréciée surtout quand il fait 40 degrés à l’extérieur. »

« Average hotel, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff was nice but not always able to attend to the few queries I made. However, they were pleasant to interact with and tried their best to understand the needs in most cases. »

« In general we enjoyed our stay very much: Quiet, good view, great location, very friendly staff, great bed with good linnen, duvet and pillows. What could do with some improvement is the bathroom: it is big but does not have walk in shower, has a very uncomfortable toilet seat and weird lighting. the shampoo , conditioner and shower el where good but only simple hand soap and no other amenities. Breakfast was buffet style: very good. breakfast area not that cosy and the background music was...

« Good and cozy place in the very center of Tashkent, perfect spot for the city start tour. The place is good looking, clean, calm, offering all accommodations you need. The breakfast is good, various, all is fresh. Rooms are well decorated, clean and modern. Good place can't be without good staff - the Lotte's staff is great 100%. Will be back for sure for my next visit. »
