Take advantage of low introductory prices! Villa Sueños is our stunning lakefront home on Silver Lake in Traverse City! We have a private beach, a dock, 8 person hot tub, kayaks and canoe. Kids love our amazing game room with a pool table, ping pong and darts. You can bring your boat or rent one. Ten-minute drive to downtown Traverse City shopping and restaurants. Our home is perfect for families, groups of friends, wedding groups, corporate retreats, and family reunions. Easy drive to Leelanau wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes. Ideal for family reunions, girls or guys trips.

The Space
Our home has a spacious living area with panoramic windows, which provide breathtaking views of the water. There is a gas fireplace, perfect for gathering around after a long day on the lake. There is a large sectional that provides ample seating, and also pulls out to a queen-sized bed.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy with family and friends. We do provide basic condiments for you to prepare your meals. We have a keurig machine, drip coffee machine, crockpot, toaster, instant pot, blender and stand mixer. Kids love our soda maker and our shaved ice machine is a huge hit with our younger guests. The dining table seats 10-12 persons, and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

The home has three bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed. It offers breathtaking views of the lake, and you can wake up to the sound of gentle waves lapping against the shore. There is an attached master bathroom with a shower and tub. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion to make your stay luxurious. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs which have queen beds and also plenty of storage space. One of the bedrooms offers a designated workspace. Every bedroom has its own Television and phone charger.

The main level has a laundry and another full bathroom.

The lower level is a walkout level to the lake. There are no steps involved

We have a fantastic game room, which will surely be a massive hit with the kids. We have a pool table, as well as a ping pong table. Or enjoy a fun game of darts. The TV downstairs has an X-Box and Meta Quest 2 VR system. We have console games for X-box provided for our young gamers. The Meta Quest is a Virtual Reality System that is a fun and immersive experience, perfect for gaming and unwinding. We also provide a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

The main bedroom downstairs has a King bed. The second bedroom downstairs has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. That bedroom does have an exposed ceiling, which is painted black. The bunk bedroom bedroom has an additional daybed with a pullout trundle.

The lower level also has a full bathroom with walk in shower.

For those traveling with young children, we provide a Pack n Play, high chair, and kid-friendly plates and utensils to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. There are also toys and children's book for your use during your stay.

We now have a luxurious 8 person hot tub tucked away in a serene corner on the lower deck with beautiful views of the water. The hot tub is just perfect to relax in after a long day on the lake. It is also a soothing retreat from the crisp cold in the winter. The hot tub is many of our guests favorite feature, and makes our home the perfect retreat for all seasons.

The upstairs deck is a large wrap around area, with a grill as well as outdoor seating for meals. The deck chairs are perfect for your morning coffee while enjoying views of the lake. On the lower level, we have another large deck with lots of places to relax, including a comfy hammock to read a book. In addition, we have a fire pit which is perfect for smores and storytime in the evenings.

Enjoy the private dock for a leisurely afternoon by the lake or relax on the expansive deck surrounded by nature. The dock is also great for an afternoon of fishing. Swimming is more suited for the dock or by the island on the lake, our shoreline may have vegetation as is common with Michigan inland Lakes. We are located on a cove on the lake, away from main boat traffic, which is safer for the kids. We have Kayaks you can borrow, as well as life jackets. Please note you use the kayaks and canoe at your own risk and you must wear a life jacket! We do have a large parking space for a boat trailer as well. We have partnered with several local companies who will deliver a pontoon right to our dock. Please be in touch with us right away for information regarding boat rentals, as they may sell out in the peak season.

We do allow pets on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay.

By booking this stay you agree to the following:
-No food or drinks in the spa. You will use the spa at your own risk. Please latch the cover of the spa when not in use. Please shower before you use the spa to clean off any lotion or sand. Instructions on how to use the spa are provided in the guest manual. The spa is serviced weekly as well as prior to every guest check-in. If additonal services are needed to clean the spa, this may be billed to the guest.
- The guest agrees to pick up pet waste and dispose off. Please cover furniture if you allow pets on it. Dogs must be crated if alone in the home.
-No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
