OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* Entire space is included in this rental except the garage. Please, make yourself at home.

* Pool is open year-round and can be heated up to 82F, upon a 48-hour notice for an additional fee of $75.00/night (must be heated for entire length of stay), please message if you would like this!

* The pool waterfall feature is winterized between October 15th - April 15th.

* (5) security cameras record audio & videos at property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. They are not monitored unless issues arise during guest stay. The home is outfitted with Minut devices (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.

* Indoor fireplace is decorative and closed off in the chimney, non-operational.
