« Accueil très sympathique. Très jolie décoration, mélange de vintage et moderne hétéroclite et de bon goût. Les espaces communs donnent l'impression d'être reçu chez quelqu'un plutôt que dans un hôtel. Très agréable. »

« Great stay. Nice room and nice breakfast and dinner. Staff service was great. Shuttle bus to ski lift for 3EUR/person. Ski lift is not far away, but a steep uphill with boots and skis. We used the shuttle going to the lifts and walked home. We had half board option which was great. Drinks were not included for dinner, which I am OK with, but even tap water was 3 EUR, which I think should be included at a four star half board option. »

« Beautiful surroundings, hotel a little creaky. Food a little pricey but hotel was in a good location with parking. Lots of nearby restaurants on foot. The hotel is also fairly close to the ski lifts too, plus the outer balconies overlook the bottom section of the waterfall. If you walk around to the left side of the hotel on the main road you can reach the upper mid-section of the waterfall without needing further transportation. We had a hire car and didn’t realise that to get to the resorts,...

« Le service minimaliste, eau dans la douche jaune et ils ne peuvent rien faire donc par précaution aucune douche n'a été prise durant mon séjour( une nuit et c'était de trop!) Petit déjeuner super cher pour la prestation ( un café ou un thé, une salade de fruits loin d'être fraîche ,un petit bout de pain et c'est tout pour la fabuleuse somme de 9.90€ ah oui et une tranche de fromage) Le soir d'arrivée il devait avoir une soirée piscine et Bein y avait que ma femme et mes enfants. »
