« It's pricey but overall a good hotel, only downside is there isn't room service or many options and the daily housekeeping is inconsistent and not the best, had to leave full trash bags outside a couple of times, and had to ask for room to be vacuumed at least once a week. « Check in was quick and efficient but I had to wait five minutes for a staff member to attend the desk on check out. The room was very nicely appointed, lean and comfortable. It was handy having a restaurant on site although there was nothing particularly exciting about the menu. Breakfast options are very limited as the restaurant was not open and supplies to the room are pre-packed. The gym is small with limited equipment, but very adequate. Location is great. »

« When i got to albury after a 6 hr drive i was told my booking had not come through , i had book online , but the young lady at the counter was able to give me the room i had requested ,& at the same price . Thank you »
