Villa Gelsomino is a welcoming one-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Gelsomino you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, the hamlet and the greenery and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Gelsomino is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of the small hamlet of Raito, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 350 meters (380 yards), a grocery store at 270 meters (890 feet), the bus stop at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Vietri beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Gelsomino from the street level going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 62 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gelsomino. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Please note that access to Villa Gelsomino is along a narrow road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the second terrace going up approximately 22 stairway steps. The above-ground pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea. The pool is open from mid-June until mid-October.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. You will reach it from the second terrace going up approximately 19 stairway steps. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, the hamlet and the greenery and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a deck chair. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window that opens into the corridor, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a combo bathtub with shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washer/dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
