« Two friends and I came to Asheville on a girls trip and stayed in this new house. I was a bit hesitant to book it because it was a new listing with no reviews yet, but I took a chance because the photos were appealing. The house is beautiful! It’s a little sparsely decorated, but that didn’t really matter to us. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath which we were looking for to all have our own rooms and baths. 2 of us ended up sharing a bathroom because the 3rd full bath is 2 floors down where there isn’t...

« We loved the location of the house. It was a quick drive in to Asheville, and we were very excited that you could walk out of the door and be only a five-minute walk from the Mountains-to-Sea Trail along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house itself was comfortably furnished, and the hot tub was great. The kitchen has the basics in terms of cooking implements, but guests need to bring their own staples. »

« We had a great stay this past weekend. The property was in a gated community, which was a plus. Our rental and the surrounding area was beautiful. Rental was just like described. We saw deer, turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, and other wildlife. Definitely will stay here again. »

« We enjoyed our stay here. In a great neighborhood with access to downtown just a walk away. Clean and exactly as listed. The only reason we gave it a 4 star overall was due to the fact we had no hot water for hours on Saturday. We went hiking in the morning and just wanted a hot shower upon returning. Unfortunately, it was a fix that took a while. The company responded immediately and had their crew out in a decent timeframe which we appreciated. But we left to give them time to work and came...

« Great location in which to walk to local restaurants or the downtown area. Sauna House is right across the street. Private elevator ensures you are always on the 4th floor balcony. So appreciated having the basics stocked. Had trouble getting in (my fault) and was amazed how quickly help was available. I’ve stayed at numerous Air B&Bs - this is the best one yet. »

« My husband , myself and another couple stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. Stunning views from the inside as well as the deck to see the waterfall . Super comfortable beds and linens. Close to Chimney Rock, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, or Asheville. So serene and relaxing. Hot tub in the screened area is perfect anytime of day. Highly recommend staying at this property! »

« The house enabled our family of to have a wonderful reunion and celebration of my husband’s 80th birthday with his adult children. The house made it easy for us to be together and yet have space to relax by ourselves. The steep road, driveway and spectacular deck view with its drop off was a bit scary to some members at first, But all adapted quickly and it was no problem as the view had us all mesmerized and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We all found the house...
