« Absolutely loved our stay here, the secret door was the topper to a wonderful placw to stay. Yes it wasnt the warmest before the heaters kicked jn but there were.cosy blankets, additional heaters and a the warmest duvet ive ever slept under! Loved the great hall and the pool table. »

« The location is absolutely brilliant and the property very nice. Very clean and warm. Very comfortable. If I have any issues they are relatively small, but should be mentioned to improve what is already very good. On entry, there’s a slight smell of damp. Only slight but it is there. The kitchen work top is very small. And the shower though adequate, could have been better. None of these detract hugely, as the location is just perfect. »

« Its our second visit this year we were here for Easter. The apartment is fab clean warm comfortable with fantastic views over Ambleside. Getting around is easy with a very good bus service if you are planning a visit to Ambleside this is the place to stay. Cant wait to return. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Kotel. Good location, good wifi connection. However we would have liked to have had an electric hob as with only a microwave cooking was rather limited. Also not easy to wash up as no plug in the sink. Fortunately there was an ice bucket I could use to wash up!!!. Crockery was also limited to 2 sets only. Had to check with staff on site re disposal of our rubbish as bins not very big. It would also be good that the Kotel staff supply a brush and dustpan for sweeping up the...

« Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
