« We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

« It was great. Only a couple things...toilet paper not stocked, we had to empty the dishwasher, and there were still towels in the dryer that we had to fold and put away and the comforter was still wet in the washing machine. The fireplace was also full of burned wood and ashes. We didn't really want to have to "work" (LOL) when we got there but if this is the expectation, we'll know next time. « Communication was excellent. The location of The Loft worked very well for us. It is within walking distance of a grocery, shopping, restaurants, and historical interests. The layout of The Loft was good. Appliances all worked well. Bed was comfortable. Decor was quaint and relevant to the area. Will definitely stay again. »

« Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had.
