"this is not an hotel. you have to make your own bed, they do not provide any towel, and there is a note asking you to take out the bedsheets and clean before you leave. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unique property in a stunning location. Christian and Jocelyne were fantastic hosts, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The house is an innovative, green build and how we should all be building houses these days. The composting toilet was a different experience for us - almost seems strange to flush now! We would love to visit again."

"Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"We were so happy with our stay here. We had an extended family visit to see puy du foy. The accommodation was very large and perfect for our big group, the grounds were beautiful and the children loved the outside space. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The host was beyond helpful and was very kind after my daughter twisted her ankle in the garden (entirely her own fault as she fell over a football the children had been playing with)."
