We lost service to the TV late one night and the customer service was outstanding. Didn't mind at all being late and had it back up in seconds. « The only thing good was the location. As for the rest: don't expect peace and quiet. You can hear every step the neighbors make, every time a chair scrapes the floor -- basically any movement or word upstairs. Also don't expect a place in good condition. Just one example: there's a hole in the kitchen ceiling with exposed insulation. Also don't expect the property to be at all clean. Litter is scattered all around the trash area and into the yard. Not nearly cheap enough given the condition. »

« This studio rental unit was clean, updated and perfect for my daughter, who was in town for a family reunion. The shared porch was a nice touch as we enjoyed happy hour there. The road is between the unit and the water, but you can see the beautiful intercoastal from the second story shared porch! There are also a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which is great. We would definitely rent this unit again! »
