Waipu Cove Hilltop Home & Ultimate Games Barn (Pet Friendly)

A family or two, or five couples will be comfortable in this one level home away from home, with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. Home with rural and ocean views sits atop a hill, surrounded on one side of the hill with a new landscaped, developing garden, of fruit trees and native plants. Help yourself to any ripe fruit.

Enjoy the heated pool all year round. Plenty of off street parking and room to park a boat or jet ski. Three minutes to the cafe/restaurant, convenience store and Waipu Cove beach. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a swim in the pool or beach. It’s plumbed to the barn, so enjoy the warmth of the shower.

Have fun in the expansive games barn, which includes a pool table, ping pong table, basketball ring, badminton set, dart board and an old school spacies machine. Scooters for the kids to ride around inside the barn or outside. There is also a smart TV and Playstation 4 in the upstairs loft. For convenience, the barn has a kitchen, shower and two toilets. Make your own pizzas in the pizza oven out by the barn and then toast your marshmallows over the fire pit. When adventuring out, there is a portable Weber Baby Q bbq, chilly bins (esky) and blue beach mat for your use. Happy holiday.
